“Utopia is on the horizon. I move two steps closer; it moves two steps further away. I walk another ten steps and the horizon runs ten steps further away. As much as I may walk, I'll never reach it. So what's the point of utopia? The point is this: to keep walking.” Eduardo Galeano 1940 - 2015

By these way all the space inside the house has natural light and the efficiency of ventilation of the different spaces. From the outside it looks like a clean shape house.
Inside, the functionality of the house is unique. The common areas look all the time to the golf field, as the dining room, the living room, the drawing room and the main bedroom, all connected by a inside circulation and without loosing the amazing view to the golf field. Fray montalva building 2012 - 2013
Principal Private Owner Assignment Building design and Renders Location Santiago, Chile Area 420 m2
Located in Santiago de Chile near to the hills, it is locate this amazing builidng. Whith three stories hight and three aparment per floor, this was my first building desingned by my own in the firm. Each aparment of 360 m2 always with the eficent use of space, light an geometry has integrate a inside yard to bring light to the first floors. The first floors of the proyect are basicaly a house. Has is own yard with the posibility to build a swiming pool, barbecue and terrace. The tirth one’s has an access to the roof that give to the owner the option to has a rooftoop terrace with the same comodity of a house and with an amazing view of the mountains.
10
11
The water in this proyect is very important also. Escort the visit from the moment you enter the proyect to give you calm, and left behind all the urban an noisy things of the city. The geomertry in this proyect is also important. The multiple options that the real state market offers force to create singular products that become more exclusive each time. That’s why this proyect has a singular “confused” geometry for be unique in each space in te interior of the building.

old grangonian club 2012 - 2013
Principal Private Owner Assignment Building design and Renders Location Santiago, Chile Area 420 m2
The callenge in this proyect it was how to create a shelter in the winter and in the summer. A place to meeting under the shadow in summer or couzi in the fire in winter after a rugbi match. A place for reunion between team and the family. The sport is the scuse for this reunion. The fields is located arround a old forest in the heart of the terrain. a place to meet before, during or after the game. The layout of the fields create a walking path throot the entire proyect andin the fartest point is for the tennis courts to give a calm enviroment that the others sports don’t have.
14
15
The main building is locate in east side of the propety wich is also the highest place. Therefore vehicular access and parking, Club House, the main barbecue area, caretaker's house and the dressing rooms are concentrated here releasing the remaining land to activities and outdoor sports. The Club House, arranged longitudinally and parallel to the main field is always in the presence of the spectacle of sport.
16
In summer the Club House is fully opened allowing cross ventilation which makes not necessary use are conditioned thereby reducing energy consumption. On the other hand in winter ecological chimneys will be implemented thus reducing the need to use a heating system and also helping to thereby reduce energy consumption.
