PL-S® is a unique polymer compound and is a temporary fix for damaged mould parting lines. PL-S® helps prevent blow holes, gaps and voids at the parting line and keeps the powder in the mould.

The Color On System is applied to the plastic part with an HVLP spray gun. After applying a covering of MIGS Clear Coat, the coating is heated with a flame gun to fuse the coating to the part. The polymers and pigments integrate with the part for life, permanently adding colour and special effects to rotomoulded products.
