What is the MSC? Well it’s a place most people would find pretty boring if they weren’t in Real Estate. That being said, if you are in Real Estate, it’s coooooool. So what is it exactly?
One thing I noticed early on is Real Estate sort of didn’t have any system that you could follow, some agents seemed to do well and others well, just didn’t. So why was there such a gap between the high performers and the not’s.
It’s a place that can help your career go through the roof. See, I’m not a trainer, I don’t want to be a trainer and I have no interest in being a trainer but I do think it’s pretty cool to share. If you’ve never heard of me (well you would probably wouldn’t be on this site) but if you have stumbled across the site and you’ve never heard of me, let me explain a little. I’ve been in Real Estate for 16 years and for the most part early on, I just sort of trained myself by observing what high performers did. I didn’t just observe I guess I learnt and did what they did, I basically lived the experience of becoming a high performer and one day I did! It didn’t happen in 5 mins but after a few years of implementing, learning and tweaking, I became one of the best agents in the Country.
That’s really what the MSC is about, I show you why there is that gap. What works and what doesn’t and I answer the question, how can you smash your career out of the park? What are those things that that top 5% of the industry do? And here’s the difference, these are the things I actually do everyday, that’s why I’m not a trainer, I list and sell every day and and am still chasing my own goals, except I take you along on the journey with me so you can enhance your career at the same time. If you want to double your results, write seven figures, or just see what I’ve done to build my career, the MSC is for you. So I guess you could call me a Mentor :)
Community 1st. Oh, hang on I think there is a little more to the Community you should know about. The MSC is not just about what I share with you, yeah sure that’s a big part of it but what I have seen is it has attracted a bunch of like minded people. Have you ever called an agent for a price of a property that has just sold and they won’t tell you? WELL THOSE AGENTS DON'T BELONG IN HERE!! or actually they are not allowed in here :) This is a place of abundance where everyone shares what’s working for them, swaps ideas, talk about daily accountability, let’s us know about their goals or really anything else that is inspiring them to achieve greater and greater success. There is lots of conversation going on about the topic of the day, the latest stage of the system or what is important to each Community member at that point in time. There are no narrow minded twits allowed in here because

What Else is There? Ok, how did I know you would want to know more :) Inside there is a sort of social networking thing going on, look I’m not an IT dude but Kiryn my IT Guru and the guy that created this space knows how it works much better than me. So he could tell you more about the functionality. But I’ll do my best, here goes: You have your own profile, your own inbox thing and you can connect with other members both publicly and privately. You can join groups if you want and they are groups of similar levels or people (they are the groups in the pictures below). There is like this live feed that keeps everyone up to date with what’s going on, so that’s about as much as I know about the IT stuff.
True Connection! There are lots of ways to interact inside the Community. There are heaps of Video, Status Updates, Written Posts, Comment Sections and Forums. The Forum is a dedicated place of ongoing discussion, you can just make a new subject that is important to you and let Community members join in to answer or you can just pick up an existing one and give everyone your two cents worth. There is a map we are following to this thing and sometimes I vear off the map if I want to expand further on a topic, re-visit a topic because if there are more questions around it or think of a new section I want to share. It’s fun because there is a plan but not many rules around how we are building this thing, so it stays interesting. The interviews are sort of by demand, if we think of someone who we want to here from in the Community then I’ll go out and get them and ask Community members questions, along with my own. Gotta love keeping it fun!!

Bonus Webinars Yes, there will be monthly video Webinars for free! These are with me and the format will be open. Ideally I would love to keep the format of the webinars Q&A as much as possible to make sure everyone is keeping up with the Community but there will be topics discussed if the Community wants too. As you can tell I’m pretty keen just to keep them free flowing, fun and interesting to everyone. I get paid a lot of money to go speak somewhere for 1 hour and every month you can have me for free answering any questions that are specifically important to you. Is that cool or do I just think that’s cool :) These video webinars will only be for 100 live viewers every month to begin with but they will be recorded and stored for all Community members to go and view over and over again as much as they would like. We can increase the number of seats as demand calls for it in the future but for now the first 100 to register each month will be the live viewers. And the Price... I know that most agents are working on a budget to keep life going and keep things running smoothly.
