Administrative professional Matt Dapore has served as COO of Hillstone Healthcare for nearly a decade. Starting as a recreational therapist in 1994, he has a proven track record of prioritizing patient care and quality of life. He first entered the adminsitrative role for training in 1996. He aimed to better serve the community through more structural changes. He continued to use this role for communities all across the state, at the St. Francis St. George Hospital, the St. Leonard Center, Woodcrest Manor, Westervill, and Yorkland Park Care Center. Having served these communities, he felt that many more would benefit from his experience and joined Hillstone Healthcare, where he continues to work today.
