As an associate director and design strategist, I lead highly diverse, physical and digital project-based consulting initiatives at the intersection of design, business, and technology. I collaborate with hardware and digital design specialists including business strategists, user researchers, UX designers, technologists and client teams to navigate the "fuzzy front end" of an engagement. As the architect of the early project vision, I make design teams and clients feel comfortable and engaged throughout the entire design process. I do this by injecting strategic considerations into each step of a client initiative and include establishing frameworks, methodologies and strategies that will guide the outcomes for a product or service development.
