Many couples have also attended private ceremonies to deepen their connection and relationship.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony is also the perfect fit for retreats and personal development workshops as a way to integrate and assimilate the teachings received. In fact, Natalie will be facilitating her Scared Cacao Ceremony at my upcoming You Matter Empowering Women’s Retreat in August.
Natalie shares that working with plant medicine invites us to let go of the past, without having to go into the story behind the trauma or blockages. Staying in the story and re-hashing it is what locks it into our brain and subconscious where it can create illness, disease and stress.
She has trained over 40 Sacred Cacao Facilitators in the past year and her training has attracted people who wish to learn these energy and ceremony tools for personal use, to complement their current modalities and to branch out and commence their own Sacred Circle work – including yoga teachers, kundalini dance teachers, psychologists, healers, teachers, business coaches, massage therapists and sacred circle facilitators.

Natalie truly believes that the way to move forward in life and contribute more to our planet is to heal our own stuff – it is never about anyone else, and the power in honouring that means we then can learn tools to become our own healer.

WHAT IS IV infusion?
WITH DR GHAFOOR // REJUVENATIVE
Do I need it? Healthier skin? Check. Boosting your immune system? Check.
Intravenous vitamin therapy involves the administration of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, such as vitamin C and glutathione, directly into the bloodstream in the form of a drip. The IV method bypasses the digestive system, which can allow greater quantities of nutrients for optimal absorption.
People maybe lacking in vitamin C when they don't include enough fruits and vegetables in their diet are at risk of lower levels of Vitamin C. This can affect their skin, hair, fingernails, joints, and sometimes be responsible for dry, damaged hair, slow healing, easy bruising, rough bumpy skin, painful and swollen joints.
Pollution, a change in diet and various other factors, such as stress, can damage the body without us being aware. This ultimately forces the body to consume these vitamins.
IV nutrients are given through an IV drip, typically into the arm, under medical supervision. The drip itself is generally painless, although you may feel a sting when the needle is inserted. It may take the drip between half an hour to one hour to infuse, during which time you can relax.
While negative side effects from IV vitamin therapy are very uncommon, you may experience mild side effects, such as facial flushing, thirst or mild dizziness.
