Project: Design Studios, Tea Rooms, Exhibtion Site: Orishimachi, Sendai, Japan The idea of Ecotone, acts as an ameliorator of space in order to blend the existing and new proé grams together. With these new programs being merged with the existing, we feel spaces are created subconsciously rather than on purpose. Attractor points keep the site in a continous state of production.

Collective Forms
Project: Primary School and Kindergarten Site: Docklands
The Docklands Primary Shool and kindergarten followed the Montessori pedagogic prinĂŠ ciples. In other words the architecture, the design of the classrooms, and above all the environment are all very important. The task lied in helping children to grow up through their own efforts. An environment in which the children are aware of the seasons and can gain their own basic experiences. The school wants to educate them to be considerate in their dealings with other pupils and to learn to stand on their own two feet.
Imagery & Architecture
Project: Library Site: Flagstaff Gardens This project was about exploring a range of imagĂŠ ery through research and development as a way of generating architecture. The imagery could be raw or manipulated, it was about generating an aesthetic through these ideas and developing a process in how you may generate architecture through imagery. The program was a library locatĂŠ ed within the heart of flagstaff gardens.
Square in the Round
Project: Gallery and Annexe Site: NGV backspace This Project Realises and completes Sir Roy Grounds unfinished obsession with Geometry. The Proposal identifies grounds fixation on simple geometry such as the Square, Triangle & Circle. The NGV & NGV offices reflected Grounds idea of the square and triangle however the
circle was non-existent. Addressing the Sturt Street Cultural spine & activating the NGV sculpture garde. The new annexe defines reformed site access to both the NGV and FJMT pedestrian ramp. The Annexe boasts itself as a preĂŠ serving symbol for Roy Grounds architecture.
