Actually, there’s one other very good reason to choose Chemex: the wooden collar and leather tie look fantastic, and will have customers talking. 1. Use 30g of ground coffee (medium grind) for two 10floz/500ml cups. 2. Rinse the cups and filter paper with some hot water.

Brew Kit Filter Cone Instructions Sure, there’s a technique to getting filter cone coffee just right. But our kit makes it simple to extract the perfect flavour. Oh, and did we say it works perfectly with our brew bar? Top Tips 1. 2. 3. 4.
Grind 20-25g of coffee (for a 10fl oz cup). Rinse the cup, cone and filter paper with some hot water. Use hot, but not boiling water.
