Recipe 1. Brew an espresso in a 4oz cup and top with chilled milk. 2. Add 2-3 pumps of DaVinci Salted Caramel syrup (DVISALTC) to a 12 oz glass 3/4 filled with ice. 3. Add the single espresso (with milk) to the glass. 4. Top up with milk to cover the ice cubes.

Located in the west Darjeeling valley, Bannockburn was one of the first Darjeeling tea gardens, planted in the 1850s, just a few years after the British brought the earliest Chinese tea plants into the region. Chemex Instructions Why Chemex? It’s all about the taste: soft, clean and free from bitterness. In fact, it’s one of the most efficient ways to extract flavour from your beans. Actually, there’s one other very good reason to choose Chemex: the wooden collar and leather tie look fantastic, and will have customers talking. Brew Kit Filter Cone Instructions Sure, there’s a technique to getting filter cone coffee just right. But our kit makes it simple to extract the perfect flavour. Oh, and did we say it works perfectly with our brew bar? Top Tips 1. 2. 3. 4.

Grind 20-25g of coffee (for a 10fl oz cup). Rinse the cup, cone and filter paper with some hot water. Use hot, but not boiling water. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10% of the item(s) value or £10 (€15) whichever is greater. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment.
