This document provides you with all the information you need as a pilgrim to minimise any possible inconveniences throughout the pilgrimage. 1. aircraft instructions BAGGAGE WEIGHT LIMITS All passengers are subject to specific luggage weight limits. Extra luggage weight will be chargeable and borne personally by the passenger. See details below.

AIRCRAFT PROHIBITIONS For the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft, the following items are either prohibited or restricted on all aircrafts. Please ensure that you do not pack items specified in this list in your hand-carry or checked baggage.
* Medically necessary needles and syringes are exempted from these prohibitions if passengers have in their possession prescription medications with a professionally printed label that identifies the medical office, pharmacy or manufacturer of the medication.
Generally, you must not take on board: • Firearms of any type including replicas or toys. • Explosives including fireworks, flares, and toy gun caps. • Gases including compressed gas cylinders, tear gas, mace, peppersprays, and household aerosols. • Flammable materials including petrol, lighter fuel, paint thinners, non-safety matches, fire-lighters and

flammable glue. • Poisons including weed killers, pesticides, and insecticides. • Corrosive substances including batteries, mercury and drain cleaners. • Other dangerous goods such as magnetised or radioactive material, toxic or infectious substances like laboratory diagnostic samples.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to declare hazardous materials may result in civil or criminal penalties for passengers. All airlines are required to report violations to government authorities.
CONNECTING FLIGHTS TO KLIA
on time. Please note that we have had to leave pilgrims behind before because their connecting flights were cancelled and they were unable to make it in time for the flight out of KLIA. For the return flight from KLIA to your designated local airport, we recommend that you book a flight that departs only at least three or four hours upon your arrival in KLIA. This is to enable you to still catch the connecting flight home on time if there are slight delays in our return flight.

MEDICAL ATTENTION
HOTELS
For those covered under the group insurance, the tour leader will know what to do if you need to be warded in a hospital for medical attention.
They are comfortable and clean. The list of hotels will be provided to you as we approach the departure date, for the reference of your family members.
For both in-patient and out-patient treatment, a pilgrim will have to pay for the medical treatment first. Accompanied with the payment receipt and medical report from the attending doctor, we will assist the pilgrim to apply for reimbursements from the insurance company. All terms and conditions of the insurance company’s policy apply.
FLU VACCINE You are advised to go for a flu vaccination before the trip. The flu vaccination lasts for a year. It won’t stop all flu viruses and the level of protection may vary between people, so it’s not a 100% guarantee that you’ll be flu-free, but if you do get flu after vaccination it’s likely to be milder and shorter-lived than it would otherwise have been.
FOOD AND DRINKS Food and drinks will be sufficient and the diet will be either Chinese food or the local cuisine depending on the locations we are at.
MOBILE PHONES Your mobile phones will not be able to roam in the Holy Land. Most hotels have free internet connection, at least at the lobby area although it’s no guarantee. Separate extra charges may even apply for some hotels for wi-fi usage.
