Thank you for downloading this Fredericksburg regional resource guide. This is an ongoing project that I've undertaken in order to share some of my favorite parts of my hometown, as well as to provide some relevant real estate marketing statistics and information. Fredericksburg is an amazing place to live, raise a family, and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. Located between the Nation's Capital of Washington DC and the Commonwealth's Capital of Richmond we are uniquely positioned in Virginia. The region offers amazing restaurants, outdoor activities, art, history, and a petfriendly environment. I have enjoyed growing up here, raising a family, and service my clients for nearly two decades. I have volunteered in various civic groups my entire life and it has given me a unique view of the region that I'm happy to share with everyone.
