Day of Health

The event is sponsored by the Near East & West Side Task Force, and WellCare Long-Term Program. Nearly 20 agencies will come to the Hope Center to educate the community on their services, provide testing and improve the health and quality of life for the residents of the Broadway Fillmore community.

United Way Day of Caring

August 15 A volunteer crew will give our kitchen a makeover as part of the United Way’s Day of Caring. Keep track of the progress and transformation on our Facebook page.

MAT T URBAN HOPE CENTER FUNDERS & PARTNERS

The Matt Urban Hope Center responds to the needs of the community by hosting family-focused events, informative workshops, free tax preparation, benefits screening, housing and job assistance. We assist individuals who are homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless, families suffering from domestic violence, loss of income, no utilities, and eviction. Additionally, we serve dinner five times per week which is open and free to the community.
