Insulations

The galvanized steel with a 0.55 to 2.5mm thickness are used specified for rough-framing in commercial or residential construction to comply with the European Standard EN 10025 and the ASTM international. The dimension of the column-shapes is established after the completion of the building’s structural load. We use our expressly designed joint to improve stronger connections, ensure watertight, and get a three-dimensional structure that works together. Highest strength to weight ratio of any building material, disaster resistant, extreme heat & cold, not vulnerable to termites minimal maintenance and slower aging of structure, environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable.

The exterior fiber cement board allows, after the waterproofing treatment of joints has been completed to finish the exterior of the building with paint, one coat mortar or cladding of any material (depending on the materials, adhesive paste and retaining structures will be used.)

Finishing

Outdoor finishing

1.Lets adapt housing to the cultural specificities of each region. a. No limit on the distribution of housing. b. The finishes can accommodate the traditional houses in the neighborhood. c. In one level homes structure is dimensioned to build a second floor in the future. 2. The cost of housing is cheaper. a. We reduce construction costs by investing in quality and sustainability b. Projects in which a significant amount of housing is required are set to additional savings. 3. Does not require skilled labour for construction. a. No need for skilled labour which allows even “self-construction 4. Improved insulation and increases the comfort for people and decreases the energy cost of housing. a. We increase the external wall insulation to reach a thermal transmittance of 0.22 W/ m2, improving the standard 4-fold (0.82 w/m2 CTE). 5. Decrease the duration of the work. a. You can build 4 times faster than a conventional housing development with the obvious advantages that this feature brings to reduce workplace accidents, and to accomplish future deadlines. 6. No water is needed for construction. a. We saved 90% of the water needed to execute the work to accomplish the same with dry construction techniques. 7. It reduces energy consumption. a. By increasing the insulation to reduce energy consumption and CO2 consumption by over 40%. 8. Improves resistance in relation to earthquakes. a. The weight is shared upon bearing walls all around the perimeter of the structure. b. The construction carried out by mechanical joints gives greater security and flexibility to the buildings. c. Buildings are less heavy. 9. With regard to fire protection. a. We increased fire protection to the exterior and interior walls using specific materials to prevent fire. 10. Does not generate waste to work. a. All materials come ready for construction work without having to handle them on the site and minimizing wastes 11. Good performance in relation to noise pollution. a. It reduces noise pollution during construction b. Important values are achieved with sound insulation in exterior and interior walls.

Quality management

Conformity Assessment of our products is applied in two stages: the first one is the project design / implementation and the second one is the manufacture itself. 1 .- The design phase is achieved by the coordination between our Technical Department of outsider Architectural firms, Engineering firms and Management Companies, specialists in metal structures calculations and the subsequent execution of works. 2 .- In the manufacturing phase our suppliers will use their own Quality Control Department and our own Evaluation and Quality Control Department (DECC), which is located in the same manufacturing facility, so we employ two control procedures at various stages of the process; 2.1 .- Internal production control and quality assurance of production undertaken by the Quality Control Department of the factories and randomly monitored by our DECC. 2.2 .- Control and verification of the materials to be done before loading the materials and which is essential for the later document certification issued « Freight and Shipping Cargo Authorization. «
