Terms and Conditions. 1.

Rates will be accepted on MES Schedule of Rates,2009 on above / below basis.

2.

Tender applications will be received on upto 24-09-2012 and tenders will be issued on the same date.

3.

No tender will be issued without producing the call deposit/earnest money.

4.

Work will be awarded subject to the approval of competent authority / and site clearance.

5.

The tender will have to be dropped in the tender box on 01-10-2012 till 1:30 PM and will be opened at the same time in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives who happen to be present at that time.

6.

No material /machinery will be provided by the department.

7.

Conditional tender will not be accepted / entertained.
