MAINTANANCE OF MATERIALS:

If treated properly pressure treated wood can easily last upwards of 10+ years. This will require regular maintance. If your structure has not been sealed this will be the first step to assuring its longevity. Follow the steps below:

Within 30 days apply a sealant to the wood (paint, stain, or water sealant) and re-applied per manufacturers requirements.

2. CONCRETE FOOTINGS: Concrete footsings should be checked regularyly. If there are cracks or fissures forming it will cause the structure to become unstable and should be checked for safety. If the footings is unstable it should be removied and repoured. Quikrete: Comcrete Mix (4000 PSI) Quik-Tube: 12” @ 4’ deep
