Field extruded

Lines traced from the center of the field the surrounding buildings top.

For a Japenese cultural center based on Stockholm I decided to create an exterior space, extern to Sweden, the morphogenesis of this garden is calculated with the surrounding, from the center of the field several lines are traced to the roof of neighborhood building, then the plan of those lines define the limit heights of the architecture, the result: from the garden we can only see the sky. Its mineral garden is sprinkled by micro perforated concrete which absorb residual city sound, calm and pure. The sloping surface of the mineral garden welcomes the sky, and houses activities and information room: Japanese bath, restaurant, documentation center and meeting room. All dimensions are governed by the tatami dimension. 3- Centre Cuturel Japonais Ä‚ Stockholm

Subject: Design two houses in one building, with two separate entries on the street, no window to the side. This twin-house is one of my favorite work, the two houses mix together, intertwine. they create a smart architectural object without never met together. The morphogenesis is based on privacy and sunlight.

Subject: Implant an individual house inside a Parisian building court, where the sunlight is rare. The goal is to create a house with good energetic performance, and natural light. I choose to plug the house higher, far the cold of the shady ground. Using the staircase walls of two faced building, the structure of the house is thinked as a bridge and we use those existing staircase to access. The openings, shaders, orientation, compacity and insolation are calculated on Archiwizard energetic software to have the best energetic performance.

SAIL C

Concours Fondation Beneteau 2015, Maison minimale de 9m carrÊ , non retenu BLOCK, La Maison Alternative How to combine minimalism, self-sufficiency and living place? This is the challenge that I took, imagining an alternative habitat, reduced to its bare essentials, at the crossroads between the place of comfortable living and responding to sustainability issues. This creation of highly compact, we reserve discoveries. First, from an architectural point of view, single-cell type of construction is the leitmotiv of this creation. This project takes its name from the simple principle of a block; it is, in fact, a single rectangular volume. We are dealing here with a very easy fabrication, a simple structure. But intelligence spaces make it possible to use and think every square meter, every corner of the house is to be useful and usable, like shelves hidden under the stairs for example, always with the idea of optimizing the capacity maximum of this restricted space. Similarly, the ceiling heights are organized as appropriate. As a consequence, the interior of this space is a living place quite decent without modifying folding table or sofa bed. Besides comfortable and creative nature of this place, its design gives it a particularly functional appearance. Then, the sobriety of the architecture makes this possible, the implementation alternative habitat wherever you like, the bottom of a garden, or even attached to a house. Regarding its eco-friendly aspect, the overhead light in the living room will allow to use its maximum natural light. Rainwater will be collected and used for flushing toilets, and solar panels on the flat roof will perform better regardless of the house orientation . BLOCK is the perfect link between sustainable development, living place, minimalist habitat. This is alternative habitat by nature.
