With the covid19, the MuDA went bankrupt. The Stadion Brache will also change and become the future football stadium. Those two elements, which provide spaces for different people in a city, will need new room to exist. With those two elements happening in the direct vicinity of the engrosmarkt and the migros-areal, a new typologie of structure can be developed to accommodate this kind of programm. Giarsun is a small settlement in the lower Engadin with mostly workshops. There is already a smith and a carpenter which use metal and wood. The missing material is stone. The house number 133 is «the missing stone», a place where the stone can be worked, a place to supervise the workshop that is Giarsun. By proposing an hybrid space that combines a sculptor residence with a fablab and an architecture office, it provides a platform for the region to produce and share design and creations. This project is about Reusing an old industrial structure in Oerlikon, Zürich. The 550 Hallen was an ABB fabrication site and is now restructured to host events. The idea is to triple the surface of the existing structure with various programm, more specifically a residence tower, a new office building built on the existing and a learning center surrounding the existing chimney. My project is a re-use of the existing matchiya typologie. I propose a new jitensha yatai factory, using the savoir faire of Ishinomaki laboratory and the existing bike shop クマガイサ イクル. The project is focused on eight steps that are needed in a bike factory. By using this long house, it permits the creation of ramps and therefore connecting all the steps together, forcing oneself to go through the whole structure.

Urban planning about the existing district of Digbeth in Birmingham where the HS2 new railwaystation is planned. By constructing the new High Speed Train terminal in Birmingham, a lot of question where asked about the futur of the former industrial district. To avoid a massive tabula rasa and speculative planning, we tryed to understand the impact of such a district in a city center.

Ephemeral artist residence and bridge structure that reactivate the kunstareal in München. The project was about searching a way to animate a large areal in the city. It consists of 4 floors of shared flats, which are divided into night and day zones for artists to create and expose their work. The low cost construction contribute to the creation process of the artists, allowing them to take possesion of the structure even for a small amount of time. The roof terasse dominate the trees in the park where it is based.

Project for a Japanese client living in Brooklyn. The scope of work was to transform the basement and the cellar into a residential loft connected to the other floor already occupied by the client. The design was a mix between japanese architectural element like Shoji, Tatami and Engawa and the rough industrial feeling of Brooklyn. open configuration

Project of an Hybrid-tower for housing purpose in Eilandje, a suburb of Antwerpen. We first had to project a Masterplan on the other dock in front of the existing towers. We started by an analysis of existing towers. Then, in a group of 10, we had to project the area which was then subdivided into 4 smaller parts. The structure want to promote the external place as a shared space. The massive lift and balcony make the central space of the tower a meeting scene for all the person living in the building. The floors are hybrid spaces between working workshops and living spaces. The whole building try to keep the industrial identity of the place.

Project of a Bath-house for the pelgrims of the trail of Santiago de Compostela. The main approach was focusing on the management of the rain. The main goals were to understand how to collect the water and reuse it in a clever way. The project is nearly entirely under ground. It use an open area of the «Parque de San Domingos de Bonaval» and accomodate a plaza with a water drainage in its center.

The purpose of this project was to create something from a big scale to a smaller one. We first designed a masterplan in scale 1:5000 to further develop each a chosen project in one of the four given villages. The main focus of this work was to bond the project with the territory, to lead from a global view of an entire site for afterwards work on a detailed scale.
