Project of an Hybrid-tower for housing purpose in Eilandje, a suburb of Antwerpen. We first had to project a Masterplan on the other dock in front of the existing towers. We started by an analysis of existing towers. Then, in a group of 10, we had to project the area which was then subdivided into 4 smaller parts. With two other, we then disegned a common structure for finally individualy project each a tower. Models, Renders, Technical plans - WORK IN PROGRESS

The purpose of this project was to create something from a big to smaller one. We first designed a masterplan in scale 1:5000 to further develop each a chosen project in one of the four given villages. The main focus of this work was to bond the project with the territory, to lead from a global view of an entire site for afterwards work on a detailed scale.
