THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY ALLEGES: COUNT 1 (Assault with Intent to Commit Abusive Sexual Contact of a Minor) (18 U.S.C. § 113(a)(2)) On or about June 15, 2016, in the District of Oregon and while in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, specifically aboard American Airlines Flight# 2467, originating in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and ending in Portland, Oregon, in the United States, CHAD CAMERON CAMP did intentionally use a display of force that reasonably caused a minor victim, who was thirteen years old, fear of immediate bodily harm; and defendant did so with intent to engage in sexual contact with said minor, that is with intent to touch, either directly or through clothing, the inner thigh or groin of any person with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade, or arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person, in violation of Title 18, United
