Ryan Payne I, Ryan Payne, hereby declare as follows: 1.
My name is Ryan Payne. I am a defendant in United States v. Cliven Bundy et al. , 2:16-cr-00046-PAL-GMN, for which I have been detained pretrial in the District of Nevada. I am currently held in the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada.

I understand that Jason Patrick, one of the defendants in United States v. Jason Patrick et al., 3:16-cr-00051-BR, wishes to subpoena me to testify in his upcoming trial in the District of Oregon

I further understand that Mr. Patrick, to accommodate concerns about my pending trial in Nevada, would request to have me transported to Oregon for a period of no longer than one week. Specifically, I would be brought from Nevada no earlier than February 26, 2017 , and returned no later than March 4, 2017.

I have received a copy of the District of Oregon' s written order in 3:16-cr-00051BR (ECF 1756, entered January 20, 2017), in which the Court requests I provide a declaration in support of Mr. Patrick's motion to have me transported.

I consent to being transported to the District of Oregon for the purpose of being called as a witness in Mr. Patrick' s defense during the dates agreed upon by the keholders: that is, February 26 through March 4, 2017 . .
