We like to think that the SmartClamp will do for the stainless process industry what the I Pad did for mobile connectivity. The SmartClamp is the next generation of design engineering which started with patented Torque Rite. The SmartClamp is a novel yet incredibly practical connective device that will change how many companies join their sanitary process piping systems. The SmartClamp is designed for use with Standard Tri-Clamp (ASME-BPE Fittings and Gaskets. It is also availible in a DIN/ISO style. It was RubberFab’s goal to build a safer, more exacting clamping system. We feel that we have met our mark!

Consistency • Patented Chronograph-Allows users to dial up exact compression setting which protect gaskets from over compression and ensures the joint integrity. • The smart clamp is the first sanitary clamp that enables quality departments to write a consistent standard operating procedure (SOP) that truly quantifies clamp settings and lock positions.

• Patented handle engages or disengages with a simple ½ turn • Deeper furrel grooves allows for superior fitting alignment • Clamp hinge has been 110 degrees in the open position which makes it easier to install in challenging situations

Safety and Ergonomics • Ergonomic Handle reduces hand stress which is a major contributor to carpel tunnel and repetitive stress disorder. • The Handle has no hole with no area for workers to wrongly use a cantilever device such as a screw drive to over torque the mechanism. • Visual indication- Aligning arrows confirm exact engagement and prescribed torque. • Optional Lock out Tags made of 316 SS and autoclavible polysulfone are available
