PS-21GP
PS-21GP Series is a machine that ejects all the bad preforms by inspecting the entire surface of it. The inspected surface area includes the neck of the preform, and this is possible with our specialized design structures such as 3-wheel rotary type mechanical structure and mirror tracking system.
PS-21GP has perfect performance to eject items
with cuts and scratches on the top seal surface, and the surface condition after removing the gate nub is inspected on PR preform. We guarantee perfect performance in inspections of particles, bubbles and very small defects on the sidewall. In particular, this is the world’s first system to comprise equipment that inspects the whole preform surface function and has gate nub removal equipment. Users don’t need to separately purchase a gate cutting system or arrange a preform inspection system.

The gate cutting process is required before PET blowing when the gate type is long gate. At this moment, the customer will need gate cutting equipment independently. However, because the gate cutting device is mounted integrally with the machine, you can consider it a 2-in-1 as the customer does not need to buy an additional device. Moreover, the machine provides a reduction in investment cost and installation space. Additionally, the machine can reduce time according to part changing.

PS-21FBI is a high-speed inspection system for foreign bodies in liquid. This model’s inspection speed is per 1300EA (100ml) bottles. It searches for glass, rubber, rock, bugs, etc. in filled bottle with high performance.
There are 4 cameras to improve the accuracy of basement inspection (opaque foreign-body, piece of glass and metal, crushed rock). Also, it is designed as a rotary type to operate stably. It takes machine vision system (PS-21VS) to run cameras individually. The inspection images are displayed separately to manage inspection process and the established database helps for managing the quality of the product.

Mcseama with seam-view software
Mcseama is a measuring machine for LAB in order to inspect the condition of can seams through the optical device. The user can get a magnified image of the cut end of the can seam on the computer monitor. This image includes the measured value and screen onto the monitor in 500msec time. These images are also available to save onto hard-disk or print out on paper.
With the additional device of Mcseama, the can saw (can polyhedral cutting device) is possible to provide with Mcseama. The saw blade is made in a circular shape with a hard-metal material for a long life. The can saw is designed to cut various can sizes with a diameter from 200 to 211.

PS-21ED is an automatic inspection machine that is
built in a linear-type structure and inspects the inner/outer surface of can lids. This model can be applied to aluminum and steel can lids and it guarantees stable product transfer with vacuum conveyor, qualified inspection technique, and ejecting system. Customers can purchase the ED model combined with vacuum conveyor or can have only inspection machine if the customer already has the vacuum conveyor. The number of cameras is 2 for the inner side with compound and 1 for the outer surface. PS-21RPLV series is a 2 in 1 inspection machine that inspects for bottle leakage or foreign objects on empty PET bottles.
The independent air nozzle is installed for each station, and this model conducts leakage test by blowing a certain level of air pressure into the PET bottle, then the sensor checks the air pressure for a certain time in the rotation zone. PS-21RI is a basically designed inspection
machine of a non-contact linear type for glass bottle body only. There are six line scan cameras on the product conveyor inside of the machine to inspect the bottle body without blind spots. The major advantage of PS-21RI is that this model does not need additional change parts, and furthermore, the line scanning technology reduces inspection blind spots completely. In the linear-type structure, the user experienced blind spots as the glass bottle has a different thickness unlike PET bottle that makes shades disturbed due to having a wide inspection area.

PS-21TB Series can be described as below. According to the bottle shape or speed the customer uses, the user can choose 2 subdivided models named series 1 and 2. In the case of series 1, it has cameras inspecting the neck finish and the bottom of the PET bottle with 1-wheel type machine structure. On the other hand, series 2 is applied to the 2-wheel type structure, because, one small wheel installed on the discharging part can helps to stable the conveyance with high speed product lines or bottles which are not flat like the CSD PET bottle. Additionally, it is recommend to use optional vacuum conveyor on the inspection part in the series 2 machine to increase the stability of conveyance.

PS-21RP is a high speed rotary type inspection
machine which rotates PET bottle 360 degrees to fully check for defects during PET bottle production. The subjects of inspection are the mouth, top crack, oval, substance in and out, sidewall and bottom. The digital camera image in grey-scale improves accuracy and inspection ability. This machine collects all the data during the inspection process and enables monitoring of the data for quality management. The mechanical structure of the system enables 24-hour use without any problems and adjustments depending on the product. PS-21RWP Series is a machine that ejects all
the bad preforms by inspecting the entire surface. The Inspected surface area includes the neck of preform, and this is possible with our specialized design structures, such as 3-wheel rotary type mechanical structure and mirror tracking system.
For crystallized preforms, certain inspections are required in order to check contamination, hydrocarbon, bubble, and etc. which might occur in the crystallizing process.
