PS-21GP Series is a machine that ejects all the bad preforms by inspecting the entire surface of it. The inspected surface area includes the neck of the preform, and this is possible with our specialized design structures such as 3-wheel rotary type mechanical structure and mirror tracking system.
PS-21GP has perfect performance to eject items
with cuts and scratches on the top seal surface, and the surface condition after removing the gate nub is inspected on PR preform. We guarantee perfect performance in inspections of particles, bubbles and very small defects on the sidewall. In particular, this is the world’s first system to comprise equipment that inspects the whole preform surface function and has gate nub removal equipment. Users don’t need to separately purchase a gate cutting system or arrange a preform inspection system.

The gate cutting process is required before PET blowing when the gate type is long gate. At this moment, the customer will need gate cutting equipment independently. However, because the gate cutting device is mounted integrally with the machine, you can consider it a 2-in-1 as the customer does not need to buy an additional device. Moreover, the machine provides a reduction in investment cost and installation space. Additionally, the machine can reduce time according to part changing.
