Not So Basic A Reclaimed Cotton Collection
The Not So Basic collection is designed for maximum fabric usage and is made of reclaimed double cotton jersey, which would have otherwise been discarded. Our garments are crafted in our Zero Waste solar powered workshop in Malawi and part of our profits go towards training and empowering disadvantaged women in the community, through the work of our charity, Mayamiko Trust. The ‘Wear the Values’ t-shirts, made in organic cotton and Tencel, are an expression of what Mayamiko stands for. The lounge sets are made in locally sourced textiles for the bottoms, and organic cotton tshirts.
