Analysis. ❖
The site is located in a nice location, Surrounded by greeneries and residential building and a school.
❖
The site is divided in to two parts, one is public and another is private with tennis court.
❖
The site is easy to reach as there is tram stop and multiple bus stop outside.
❖
There is tram yard next to the side and foot-path around the site and near by area.
❖
There is a gas station and car parking, so there is a good car access service.
❖
As I look into my site I'm not sure about wether to preserve any building or not.
