BRIEF These days we are living in a world where people living in cities are away from nature and stuck into various environmental health hazards. Most of us have a vision of a homestay with nature all around but that seems impossible in this urban sprawl. A weekend bungalow can be a habitat that is away from this ongoing hustle bustle of the city amidst nature. It can be a perfect place where you can be with yourself and nurture your hobbies and likings.

Exploring the basic collection of fundamental data in order to make a design functional.

Project Type: COMMERCIAL Semester: 5 //fifth//

BRIEF Shopping malls are America’s greatest contribution to the world economy. It gives consumers the benefit to choose from the infinite choices of merchandise spread across vast categories. But nowadays, malls are much more than just avenues for shopping and conducting business. Social spaces like mega stores, and giant shopping malls are such physical spaces that help people reconnect with each other. It is a place where people love to spend their time, mainly for 3 reasons – entertainment, dining, and leisure.

Decision regarding the openings for circulation, visuals and movement can be made. //how nature is acting around the site//

The site is at the junction of two metro stations, //noida sector 51 & 52// , the project can be a huge attracting point nearby. Due to the low green belt around the site, Strategy of //preserve & promote// for the vegetation can be introduce.

Commercial places like shopping mall needs to evolve from closed compact to versatile interacting space. As most of the shopping complexes nowadays are designed in closed structure breaking the connection of interior to exterior, it result in the lack of experience of human user crowd, //limitation in experiencing the sense of spaces// So the design idea for designing a social or commercial space was in such a way that the user should get the opportunity to experience different different spaces with their own comfort, without being trapped.

BRIEF Growing old is a natural process, which can neither be prevented nor slowed down. Senior citizens often feel lonely and empty at heart. The main reason behind this loneliness is that children, now-a-days are so busy with their own life that they don’t have any time for their parents. Many children dump their parents in old home, but there are some genuine cases also where children can’t take care of their parents and thus need someone to do it. In both cases “Old age home” proves to be a blessing.
