ENTRANCE When looking at this luxury and picturesque villa , designed by the interior designer Mayar Kashoura. The villa is accessed by a main entrance by finding the harmony between the floor and the ceiling, and noting arches that separate the subspace. Just as in the entry, touches of gold can be found throughout the Villa on practically every surface conceivable. The richest of exotic woods and finest fabrics gracing each room. The Villa’s fine art collections are vast as are the decorative wall friezes with their detailed carvings and decadent relie Ceiling dseign reflect the water jet marble with worm hidden light to give the space more luxurious atmosphere

TAKE IT TO THE WALL WallArt is a stylish, eco-friendly decorating solution that brings new standards to interior design. The embossed 3D wall tiles, made from the fibrous residue of sugarcane, come in 20 eye catching designs to deliver a high quality finish and create a long lasting impression. The multidimensional tiles are made from bagasse, the fibrous residue of sugarcane stalks, making them some of the most sustainable wall coverings around. This natural material is 100 per cent recycled and compostable and therefore 100 per cent degradable, but remains strong enough to handle the general knocks that life will throw at it. With 20 chic designs to choose from, WallArt suits a range of styles and spaces, from retro designs like ‘Ellipses’, to the modern design of ‘Cubes’. Once installed, WallArt tiles can be painted or lit up with LEDs allowing further customisation to compliment any colour scheme. www.mywallart.co.uk
LIVING ROOM AREA The open layout first level is inviting and cohesive, yet each space is distinguished separately. There are four distinct seating areas, some for relaxing and watching the flat screen while others are designed for more social interaction and conversation, without the distractions of technology. The space is completed with a large, dining table that is perfect for family style meals. The intricately-designed lighting fixture above draws attention directly to the table underneath and defines the purpose of the space.

LADIES MAJLIS The plush seating in this living room makes you want to sink right in for an evening of casual, bright conversation. This neutral scheme receives a hit of glamour from a large chandelier overhead and shiny bronze scatter cushions around the perimeter. Living Rooms Show Range of Modernist to Traditional Interior architecture, dense textures, and natural colors grant warmth to this postmodern traditional living room.
Classically styled chairs coupled with simple white sofas make this living area entirely practical but still stylish

ENTRANCE HALL Such a decorative chandelier won’t work in every hallway, so take note of this brilliant application – it works wonderfully here.
BAR AREA The guest area also features its own lush seating area with a soft grey carpet, smooth sofa, and modern fireplace with the leaping flames create their own texture as well.
Here, part of the allure comes from surprise – while the pillows and throw were expected, but the single green dining chair and the golden mirror pendulum are absolutely delightful. Darker golden-table napkins are a nice accessory. Striking but not overwhelming; this choice complements the aesthetic of the resident’s book collection but stands alone as a fine piece to appreciate The plush seating in this living room makes you want to sink right in for an evening of casual, bright conversation.
Many bathtubs may leave the bather feeling exposed and less than relaxed. By giving the tub a room of its own, complete with elaborate archways and glimmering golden lights, its not just private but decadent.
BEDROOMS The bedrooms in this collection is a distinctively urban design from visualizer Hai Peng. Reflective surfaces from walls to ceiling to shelving let the twinkling city lights below mingle with the soft indoor lighting scheme. The result is bright and modern room with a lively vibe.

An art consultant and collector, Sandee hung an oil painting on the backsplash after reframing it in an antique silver frame. above Instead of going with more costly stained maple or walnut, the Tathams had the island painted taupe and topped with granite to contrast with the creamy white cabinetry and marble counters. The shaped toe kick on the cabinetry lends a handsome, traditional look to the kitchen.
Office
At first glance this home office appears to be a large space, but when we see the view from behind the desk it becomes apparent that this room is of a modest size and that the magic comes from the oversized scale of the overhead dual pendant lights. This disregard for the rooms proportions when it comes to statement pieces is a great tip in how to achieve a feeling of opulence in any room of the house
WALK IN WARDROBES Walk in wardrobes have always been a symbol of luxury. If you are the sort of person who would like to stand back and rub your chin before deciding on what to wear for the day or occassion, these wardrobes would atleast give you some ‘room for thought’ (pun intended). More than the price factor, what goes against such walk-in wardrobes is that they take away significant space from your room. If you don’t mind that, they are for you! Corner cloakroom wardrobe is provided with a 360 degree swivel hook, a good use of space at the corner.
A small outer-parlor makes good use of extra space in the hallway and features a decidedly more subdued style. Simple lines and textures are well suited to this area’s purpose. Mirrored cabinetry reflects the light and makes the hallway look even more weightless and spacious.

LIVING ROOM First up is the living room, which centers on a large, smooth sectional sofa that faces a television. The flat panel screen is hung on a craggy stone wall, with the visible texture both helping to camouflage the television and to create an interesting dynamic between the smooth surfaces of the sofa and its opposite wall.
LADIES MAJLIS an aging cream color takes over with a bit of an oatmeal tinge. Some delicate fixtures in the bedroom add a touch of femininity in an otherwise neutral and nearly masculine interior.
This luxurious home combines neoclassical and modern design. The streamlined aesthetic is reminiscent of Louis XVI – note the fluted legs on the sideboard and side tables. Neoclassical decor took cues from Etruscan influences, which itself is derived from Greek architecture. Greenery, gilt, and heavy fabrics create a warm look despite the home’s vast proportions. The colors are truly lovely – not as flashy as the gold typically applied in Louis-era designs, but still sophisticated enough for a palatial theme.
BATH ROOM Slightly flared at the rim and perfectly smooth all around – this elegant design looks fantastic paired with those sleek vessel sinks.

what goes against such walk-in wardrobes is that they take away significant space from your room.
Walk in wardrobes & bathroom What could be more relaxing than a nice long soak? The answer: soaking in a tub that looks as good as it feels! When it comes time to unwind, slipping into those shimmering suds feels like a mini-vacation. And compared to hitting the spa for some well-deserved “me time”, a luxurious tub is an indulgence that pays for itself time and time again. Whether you’re looking for the latest features or just want something that fits your carefully coordinated decor, this curated collection of designer bathtubs is sure to inspire. So dim the lights, put on some soft music, and sink into the tub of your dreams.
An overhead light fixture that plays off the idea of a growing, sprouting branch reflects the paisley inspiration in the area rug below. Both contrast with the otherwise pervasive right angles throughout.
Living room Living Room: Description silver styling echoes furniture and ceilings, the choice of European crystal chandeliers. In the overall color choice in light colors, retro and fashion new European nobility to be reflected. This living room does away with traditional conventions altogether. A dramatic impressionist ship joins a group of carefully arranged frames on the right, with functional wall art in the form of a clock to the left. The plush seating in this living room makes you want to sink right in for an evening of casual, bright conversation.
The stairwell is quite interesting as well, with a large wall display behind the actual steps drawing attention away from the practical nature of the space. Lighting gives the wall a gold reflection and makes the stairs all but disappear, making the alcove its own artistic display.
DINING ROOM In the adjacent dining and kitchen area, texture continues to weave its way through the story of the design. For instance, the deep dining chairs use a wire frame that takes the place of the standard Eames-style smooth, molded chairs while the table they surround shines with a smooth glass finish. The dining room aligns with its angled window to utilize the maximum amount of light possible.
Such a decorative chandelier won’t work in every hallway, so take note of this brilliant application – it works wonderfully here.
MEN MAJLIS Greenery, gilt, and heavy fabrics create a warm look despite the home’s vast proportions. The colors are truly lovely – not as flashy as the gold typically applied in Louis-era designs, but still sophisticated enough for a palatial theme.
Classically styled chairs coupled with simple gold sofas make this living area entirely practical but still stylish
KITCHEN AREA White is present again in large quantities in the third space, but here we get just a glimpse of a color as well. The robin’s egg blue backsplash along with the primary colored barstools are the perfect way to bring playfulness into the kitchen while keeping the main living areas starkly neutral.
Done the wrong way, wood paneled cabinets can look kitschy, but the horizontal grain in this kitchen are elegant and sleek.

the place where families can relate their daily stories and struggles, where best friends laugh over fond memories, where a person can sit quietly in the morning to reflect over a cup of hot coffee. It’s one of the most treasured parts of any home – a comfortable dining room design is nourishing for the stomach and the soul alike. A touch of the traditional is always at home in a dining room. Vaulted ceilings call for a dramatic table and chairs. This is no buffet-style dining room.
Corridor Hall Aisle several bedrooms arranged between a decoration cabinet, placed above several flower flowers, do not have a taste. A small outer-parlor makes good use of extra space in the hallway and features a decidedly more subdued style. Simple lines and textures are well suited to this area’s purpose. The space is completed with a large, round dining table that is perfect for family style meals. The intricately-designed lighting fixture above draws attention directly to the table underneath and defines the purpose of the space.
BEDROOMS Here, the accent wall is a little simpler in terms of concept, and more accessible to those who prefer a classic decor style. The brick accent wall is painted in white but retains plenty of characteristic texture. The painting to the left serves as a sort of implied headboard. The overall look embraces a rugged, chic, and tasteful personality.
This bedroom features a big bold accent wall composed of an oversized mosaic of wooden rhombuses arranged in a gorgeous pattern. The wood used here has a very fine and distinct grain and heightens the luxury of the panels. Plush rectangles make up the headboard for an added layer of visual interest.
CONTEMPORARY VILLA
Private Villa Interior Design by : Mayar Kashoura Location : UAE , DUBAI area : 1800 m2
ENTRANCE & CORRIDOR AREA We love this cool, contemporary interior model, by specialist furniture and interior architecture consultants at Grand Design, Vietnam. The breathtaking views at the floor to ceiling windows of this villa are coastal city Nha Trang, capital of Khanh Hoa, known for its pristine beaches and fantastic scuba diving. Whilst artwork has been used to add interest to the laid back simplicity of the white walls, the neutral palette in this space allows the seascape beyond the glass to remain the focal point, with the furniture arranged to take in its beauty.
Yellow is an energetic color, but it doesn’t have to be loud – here, select red and orange accents help bring those sunny yellow tones down to earth. Subdued goldenrod is a staple where relaxing colors are concerned.
Ladies Majlis Freshome brings to our attention this beautiful loft from DUBAI which takes a contemporary artful approach to its design. Designed by Mayar Kashoura, the stand-out features of this space are the well-placed artwork and the lighting. The floor to ceiling windows allow ample natural light, but when the stars come out the modern light fixtures are perfectly placed to bring attention to the beautiful dĂŠcor and art throughout this space. The fixtures highlight the details in each of the rooms, making the design come alive. Every room has a story to tell and an inviting call. Pops of color and added plants warm up the design and break up the neutral color scheme. The featured art wall adds character and makes for one fascinating conversation piece. The show-stopping marble floors and accent wall make the space feel glamorous, yet the furnishings make you feel at home. The home perfectly showcases a contemporary space with a warm, inviting design.
In the foreground, the IPANEMA armchair by Jean-Marie Massaud takes on a daring shade of bright lemon yellow, while a trio of varied pillows adds character to the grayscale sofa in the background.
LIVING ROOM The cool tones are perfect to create a relaxing environment in a hot Vietnamese climate, and simple lines, reflective surfaces, and hard floors bounce light around the open layout. Generous white drapery frames the large windows and softens the modern space, luxurious yet clean and uncomplicated. Elements of dark wood add warmth and depth to an otherwise bleached scheme, whilst unusual light shades and accessories bring texture and personality. Large rugs form islands of comfort, and define living areas, whilst a split-level floor allows every opportunity to appreciate the panorama. Each room in this beachside paradise harbors a flat screen TV, though we’re not sure we would be tuning in when there are views like these to look at!

Dining Area The lighting in the main living area is not exactly inspired. Simple track lighting lines the perimeter of the space, offering plenty of illumination for every angle without getting too fussy or pretentious . A dining room should be a place where you can spend time every day and not get tired of your surroundings. Where the space is beautiful and welcoming for friends and family, but never detracts from the conversations or the food. The 25 dining rooms in this roundup are each beautiful and sleek with design elements that bring out the flavor in the home and foster memorable evenings. The way that this low, dark table is almost a mirror image of the elevated kitchen shelving gives this modern dining area a bit of a twisted Alice in Wonderland feel.
MASTER BEDROOM
When a bedroom includes multiple textures, it becomes more welcoming. With soft rugs and blankets, paired with smooth walls and wiry light fixtures this artistic bedroom begs to be touched.
The gray-toned color scheme continues throughout the space, while artistic touches are noticeable with paintings and vases. The bed is large and luxurious with plush pillows and blankets, calling you to rest and relaxation after a day’s work. The coffered ceilings add a unique design detail that complements the contemporary style.
KITCHEN AREA Keep it simple with a play of monochromatic tone but make it interesting with a touch of accent color and unique light fixtures. The kitchen, and dining space all have easy communication with one another. In order to make this possible, the design has to both separate and connect the disparate spaces. Patterns and unique design elements manage to do this well. In the kitchen, a half wall made out of wood slats creates more division but still allows light and air to flow through. Similarly, a swirled rug design in the living room contrasts a checked pattern in the entryway, which makes it easier to divide spaces.
Simplicity is key in this dining room, with natural light that makes it a natural choice for breakfast and leisurely brunch. A small table in a cozy white kitchen is quaint, simple, and perfectly fine.
Many people like the bathroom for fear of a small window vent made airtight privacy, but here it is very light and spacious exterior wall closure after only a layer of blinds block the light. Seem spacious and very relaxing atmosphere. The shower cubicle looks as though it should be locked in a safe, along with other gold bars and family jewels, for safe keeping.

LIVING AREA Sunshine, daffodils, songbirds, and gold – yellow is one of the most cheerful colors of all, but rare to find in modern decor. Why is that? Maybe it’s because yellow is so bold and adventurous. Or maybe it’s just because yellow interiors are hard to find. This post explores

In the small but stylish kids room, division also comes into play. The room is clearly divided into a sleeping/lounging area with storage options, a study area, and a wall that holds the bookshelves and television. Though the room is not large, the carefully chosen furniture works in harmony to create a welcoming and cheerful space.

Swimming pool
Having a pool inside the home is usually viewed as a symbol of opulence. As opposed to an outdoor one, an indoor pool offers privacy and year round swimming independent of the weather. The downside here is the sheer amount of money involved and space you need. This would rule out swimming pool as an option for most of the folks out there. These stunning gold mosaic tiles make this room feel extraordinarily special.

EXHIBITION The social, technological, and environmental life of cities has in recent years been recognized as an important dimension of research methodologies and design speculation in schools of architecture and in the profession at large. These are issues that have long been accepted as important elements within the province of planners and landscape architects, and to the extent that they are newly resurgent within the discipline of architecture, they are both expanding the repertoire and the scope of architectural thinking and transforming the way that architecture is taught as a discipline.
The featured projects on the walls of the gallery are clustered by city, with information concerning the size, population and location of each city providing a framework for the individual projects, each of which is indicative of a broad set of approaches undertaken by each studio.

HOTELS
hotel
hotel Interior Design by : Mayar Kashoura place : UAE , DUBAI
The hotel includes beautiful spaces to wine and dine with a lovely ambiance. citizenM with its innovative room design, luxury and affordable rates does guarantee that perfect stay‌ A variety of materials are used in hotels to achieve state-of-the-art dÊcor. Surfaces are constructed of stone, glass, wood and a variety of manufactured composite materials to achieve a design that is welcoming, cutting edge and awe-inspiring. High-gloss marble floors, varied textures on walls and ceilings that undulate gracefully are some of the highlights of hotel lobby surfaces. This teaches us that a varied use of materials can elevate a space and pull the design together in quite unique ways, while a variance in texture creates spaces that are interesting and highly dimensional.
HOTEL RECEPTION Hotel lobbies are some of the most breathtaking examples of interior design. They deliver an awe-inspiring glimpse into a world that is luxurious and grand. But aside from introducing us to extravagance, hotel lobbies can teach us about interior design. Hotel lobbies are designed on a large scale and achieve a worldly look. Architectural elements take these spaces further and this teaches us to consider the relationship between space and design. When designing your own space, consider the architecture of the room and highlight the interesting while being true to the space.
HOTEL LOBBIE The end result is a space that highlights every nuance of architecture and dĂŠcor at its best, while displaying some of the most breathtaking fixtures in the world. Add to that innovative lighting displays integrated into the architecture and you have an ambiance like no other. This teaches us the importance of a well-thoughtout lighting plan that includes ambient, accent and task lighting. Including a one of a kind chandelier as a centerpiece is always in style.
HOTEL LOBBIE Extravagant chandeliers, innovative lighting solutions and key illumination features abound in hotel lobbies. Note how hotel lobbies are illuminated with well-balanced light. The use of ceiling fixtures for general ambient light, accented with stunning chandeliers, provides
the
majority
of
the
illumination. This light is augmented with accent lighting through wall sconces, light panels and lamps.
STUDY ROOM In a small space, a living room may have to take on more than one function. Here we see how a narrow room can be a comfortable seating area and a shared home office. Warm colors are just one way to bring that cozy feeling into the room. Here, it’s pops of a shocking hidden light that contrast the cement bricks and other neutral furnishings for a vibrant, exciting space.
ROOMS While having more money might seem like a one way ticket to all the happiness you could handle, it doesn’t hurt to bring in some cheerful colors, too. This sharp sunny bedroom has plenty of that with splashes of citrus and lots of light
As soon as you challenge the notion that a sofa must be square, you open yourself up to a world of artistic possibilities, like we find in this pretty living room.

The architectural designers wanted to evoke a cool calm and casual atmosphere that enhanced the computer geek squad’s organic nature and sense of humanity. So they used a whole lot of wood and cork and while keeping most spaces minimal, used fun furniture and played upon the shapes, forms and texture of the walls and ceilings. Walking through the space and seeing the diagonal doorways and blackened ceilings gives the offices an Alice n Wonderland feeling where objects and spaces are not as big and tall as they appear- or maybe they are, but we can imagine it keeps things in the office interesting‌
ELEVATOR HALL While this bright blue lounge chair may look more appropriate for an afternoon nap than a productive meeting, have comfortable spaces to sit, lounge, and relax can actually make for more productive workers. Recognizing that the elevator hall can influence the images of corporate occupants, the Tower adopts an interior look comparable with those at leading hotels

DENTAL CLINIC Interior Design by : Mayar Kashoura place : UAE , DUBAI
The reception of a dental clinic can make you feel welcomed or frightened. Or, it can make you feel like you have entered a spacecraft because nothing looks similar to what you normally see in the reception of a hotel, a library or a cinema.
The curvy white desk represents the focal point of the reception, being integrated into a circular graphic pattern that links both the floor and the ceiling. The mirror behind helps amplifying the space, while reflecting the logo of the dental clinic in front. A coffee table and several chairs of an cutting-edge design complement the space that was executed neatly.

LIGHT SHOP
LIGHT SHOP Interior Design by : Mayar Kashoura place : IRAQ
contemporary lighting store This sophisticated space balances modern product display elements with a sharp material palette to frame, reflect, and layer Camuto’s edgy feminine style. The studio faced structural challenges when designing the store: the floor level of the store was higher than the rest of the terminal and there were also several columns that blocked the view, making it difficult to place fixtures around the store. I created a shelving system that wraps the columns on the left side while connecting them on the right side. The architect also used materials like white lacquer, polished chrome metal, and a ceramic floor called Esko by Impronta Italgraniti. The color palette takes on different shades of gray for a balance of modernism and sophistication.
RESTAURANT
RESTAURANT Interior Design by : Mayar Kashoura place : JORDAN , AMMAN
The restaurant and bar industry is one of the largest profit centers of all service operations and not surprisingly it is a sector in which there is a lot of jostling going on between small and large scale businesses to to get more customers. Decor and ambiance play a huge role in getting people through the door and the food is what keeps them returning- or not. With that said, we tend to see the most instrumental and over-the-top investments put into creatively designing the interiors of some of the top metropolitan trendy restaurant bars.
