Day 2: Chichicastenango-Atitlán Breakfast. Departure to Chichicastenango, known as one of the most colorful markets in the world in colors and traditions. In the afternoon we continue to Lake Atitlan also considered one of the most beautiful and mystical. Views of volcanoes and landscapes fed our transfer. Overnight accommodation. Departure to eastern guatemalan border crossing with Honduras to reach Copan, archaeological site that includes the largest staircase yet found, with Mayan inscriptions. Afternoon in Santa Rosa Copan. Overnight accommodation.
Departure to Tikal National Park for the tour. TIKAL, Heart of the Mayan World, was declared by UNESCO cultural and natural heritage of mankind. Lunch included. At the end we return to the city. Overnight accommodation.
Day 2: Copán-Quiriguá-Rio Dulce-Livingston Return to Guatemala to visit Quiriguá (a UNESCO site), where are the biggest stelae of the Mayan World. After the visit we continue to Livingston, Guatemalan Caribbean, where we will meet the Garifuna ethnic group in the country. Overnight accommodation. Day 3: Livingston-Rio Dulce-El Peten We will continue our journey, leaving by boat to Rio Dulce, Lake Izabal, with its majestic scenery and diverse flora and fauna. Pacaya Volcano Daily departures At 6:00 a.m. departure to the Pacaya Volcano, one of the most active volcanoes in Guatemala.
