WELCOME Welcome to another spectacular season at MPAC! As a nonprofit performing arts center at the heart of our community, it is with tremendous pride that we serve as the cornerstone to a thriving arts district in Morristown. With over 200 performances, 60 classes, two dozen art exhibitions and nearly two dozen free events annually, MPAC is where our family, friends and neighbors come to enjoy, be inspired by and participate in the arts. Now in our 24th season, our commitment as an essential community partner continues to be a core value to our mission. For example, this past summer we launched our Arts in the Community initiative, a series of over 15 free concerts, movies and events for the community. This included diverse world music at the Morristown Green, emerging and innovative artists at 70 South Gallery, movies at MPAC and outdoor evening events at Vail. Overall, over 5,000 people attended these free events that included poetry, reggae, classical guitar and even salsa dancing. We are committed to providing arts experiences by and for the diverse populations we serve. Our Education programs, which include performing arts training, student recognition, youth productions and more, provide cultural enrichment to young people at a time when arts programs are often on the chopping block in school districts. We continue to find new ways to expand these programs throughout our region. The addition of The Miracle Project New Jersey and relaxed performances has been another exciting step toward providing opportunities of diversity, equity and inclusion. This award-winning innovative program for individuals on the autism spectrum and with other special needs is just the beginning of what we hope to achieve in this area. MPAC has also been proactive in creating work opportunities for adults with special needs and other barriers to employment. We thank you for your enthusiastic support of our venue and for returning year after year. Each season, we strive to make a difference, create a memory, inspire a child and dazzle an audience. I hope that the performance you are about to enjoy fulfills that promise. Warm Regards,
Allison Larena, President & CEO

“There is a stretch of time before opening night when the performance has to be your first priority. That doesn't mean that your academic workload changes. At Gill, all of my teachers understood that—they were flexible, accommodating and completely supportive. I never felt I had to choose between the arts and my core academic subjects.” Amity Matthews ’18, Loyola Marymount University Gladstone, NJ College of Communications and Fine Art
