SpeciFIcations : a) Vitrified Tiles: vitrified tiles should be of approved Color, shade or texture with reputed make & brands (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. using polymerized adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over existing finished Mosaic without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqm below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and coloring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth up to mirror finish as per the manufacturer’s specification and direction of BRBNMPL. b) Black Stone slab : Black Stone slab thickness 20 to 25 mm used for vertical support in Kitchen slab, alcove, wardrobe etc. laid and jointed with necessary adhesive Cement mortar (1:2) including grinding or polishing as per direction of BRBNMPL at Ground & first Floor including polishing on both side stone work where ever required. c) Granite Stone slab : 18 mm thick Jet black Granite of approved color and shade, gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, and similar locations of required size, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as per direction of BRBNMPL including cost of all materials, labours, curing and roughening of concrete surface etc. ( Area of slab over 0.50 sqm) d) Ceramic tiles : 1st quality Ceramic tiles on wall to match of approval colour with granite table top & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. e) Smoke Glass : The smoke glass should be bubble free 8mm thick of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835- 1987 . f) Plastic emulsion Paint with Primer: Applying one priming coats with primer and painting with two coats of plastic emulsion of approved brand and manufacture of Asian /Berger/ Eqvt, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinkable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. g) Kitchen Sink Mixer : The Kitchen Sink Mixer with Regular Swinging spoul should be ( wall mounted model) with connecting legs & flanges Florentine cocks,( Cat . No 5309) Jaquar make, or equivalent. Item should be approved by BRBNMPL. h) Plumbing Works: G.I. pipes 15 mm dia. medium quality for Exposed Work , TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect wherever required as per direction of BRBNMPL. i) BWR Ply Wood for back side of cabinets: Ply wood should be of 6.0mm to 8.0mm thick BWR graded marine ply, including both sides covered with 0.8mm thick pre laminated sheets, to be fixed on back side of cabinet as specified in enclosed drawing & measurement

j) BWR Ply Wood for front side of cabinets/Shutters : 18.0mm thick BWR graded marine ply for front shutter to be used as door shutter, including front sides covered with 1.0mm thick laminated sheets & back sides covered with 0.8mm thick laminated sheets with 2.0mm thick PVC lipping (edge band) , to be fixed with hydraulic press at factory including pressing of lippings & back sides covered as specified in enclosed drawing & measurement sheets. k) BWR Ply Wood for top & Sides of cabinets: 18.0mm thick BWR graded marine ply for Top, Side & shelves including both sides covered with 0.8mm thick pre laminated sheets with 0.8mm thick PVC lipping (edge band), to be fixed with hydraulic press at factory including pressing of lippings & back sides covered as specified in enclosed drawing & measurement sheets. l) Cutlery Drawers : Cabinet Drawers should be of reputed make & brand of KUTCHINA/Hettich / Hafele make; Appx. size of Length-420mm, Depth-485mm, Height100mm made of stainless steel of Grade IS:202 ( Nonmagnetic) . Item should be approved by BRBNMPL. m) Plain Basket Drawers: Plain basket Drawer should be of reputed make & brand of KUTCHINA/Hettich/Hafele make; Appx size of Length-420mm , Depth-485mm, Height100mm made of stainless steel of Grade IS:202. Item should be approved by BRBNMPL. n) Thali basket Drawer: Thali basket Drawer, should be of reputed make & brand of KUTCHINA/Hettich /Hafele make; Appx size : Length-420mm, Depth-485mm, Height150mm made of stainless steel of Grade IS:202. Item should be approved by BRBNMPL. o) Telescopic channel sets for drawer : It should be good quality Telescopic channel set for above drawer with reputed make & brand of KUTCHINA/Hettich / Hafele. Item should be approved by BRBNMPL as per item description. p) Kitchen chimney : The Kitchen chimney should be of reputed make & brand of make like Kutchina/ Faber/Ventair having Appx size (Similar to Kutchina Model Stanza SS, Size 760mm x 530mm x 145mm, suction 1100 to 1300 CuM/hr with exhaust hood as per specifications or equivalent. Item should be approved by BRBNMPL  Power : 440 Watt  Motor : Twin  Noise level : less than 60 dBA  Suction : Minimum it should be 1100 to 1300 cum/hr  Illumination : 2x20 watt  Voltage Input : 220 V AC/ 50Hz  Out put Ducting Dia : 150 mm  Auto Clean Technology : 3rd or above Generation  Body : Stainless steel Gr 304/Eqvt.  Minimum warranty : 01 year q) Single Tub drain board: It should be Good Quality Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS: 13983 with stainless steel 40 mm waste fittings, including waste coupling and 600 mm long waste pipe, C.I. brackets with painting, cutting and making good the walls wherever required with drain board Having minimum thickness of 1mm . Approx. Size of Sink with drain board 1065 mm X 510 mm X 200 mm to be fixed complete as per direction
