ras el bar is a coastal city with a direct view of both sea and the nile river so people come from everywhere for summer vacation and enjoy time and having no major malls in the city is a disadvantage so to make the most use of this project it›s been decided to build a mall for commercial and entertainment use

location

location was chosen in the outskirts of the city in cheap land price and future extension place location service area covers Ras El Bar & Damietta city & it will make a solution for Damietta people who complained about not having a proper showroom to show their furniture craft

concept

Concept is to make the user feel the open air in Ras el-bar and escape crowded city life by adding green landscape inside the aisels and opening green court landscape

malls need parking lots for cars by a ratio of 1 parking slot for every 25-meter square of retail space and project have

With the home quarantine that was imposed on most of the world population as we went through the coronavirus pandemic, there was a huge impact on the rediscovery and definition of the home in which we were forced to spend all our time. The home has become a space for performing life activities The coronavirus epidemic revealed to us

concept

the concept is to change the plan rotation and shape on every floor so that the empty space of the lower floor roof would be a private garden for each upper-floor unit the tower was divided into two buildings each has its own parking area

journalist beach club

project description

Alexandria is considered one of the most attractive cities for tourism. Egyptian families flock to the Mediterranean coast to enjoy the sea and various summer activities. Therefore, the various unions were keen to provide marine clubs in Alexandria to provide the opportunity for their members and their families to enjoy the resort in the summer months. Lands on the sea between Saba Pasha and Glim were allocated to various unions of engineers, plastic artists, merchants, etc. Among these unions is the Journalists Syndicate, which was allocated land from the lands overlooking the sea, and is intended to establish the Marine Club for Journalists.

The concept is to make seats and levels have a direct view of the sea as much as possible to enjoy the summer breeze and view

strengths: the site has a good view of the sea

weaknesses: the site has elongated dimensions which makes it hard to get sea view from near the street

opportunities: the site has an easy accessible location which is ElGaish road
