April 2, 2020
Dear Valued Customers, Employees and the Community: Who would have thought we would be in this situation heading into the 2020 growing season? But here we are. As I stated in my last message, Covid-19 has changed the way we operate for the time being, however, we remain open. It was reassuring that the Provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan have deemed us an essential service allowing us to leave our doors open. These are challenging times but we know farmers are preparing for the seeding season, we know animals need to be looked after, and we know work continues in the industries we serve. As each day goes by we are constantly adapting to the changes and making sure we are taking the steps needed in order to keep our dealerships safe for our customers, employees and the community. When you enter our dealerships we kindly ask that you follow the protocols we have in place. In addition to the points I previously shared below, we are also expanding our efforts to support physical distancing in our dealerships for both customer and employee safety. •
Asking customers/staff/external stakeholders to refrain from visiting the dealership if they feel unwell or have travelled within the last 14 days
•
Reviewed and increased our sanitation efforts at each location
•
Suspended unnecessary travel outside our territory of business
•
Postponed all events until further notice
•
Put policies in place to help limit the number of people in the dealerships at one time
•
Having sales staff pre-contact our customers prior to visits or by request
We encourage you to use our 24/7 online parts ordering system or call us to make arrangements for a curbside pickup or delivery. Farmers can’t shut down and we won’t either. We are here for you and we will get through this together. Sincerely,
