If you’ve driven along I-680 recently, you’ve likely noticed significant changes near the Pacific Street exit. Over the past few years, the ACCESS Commercial team has transformed the landscape with Regency Landing, which is comprised of Class A restaurant, retail, and o ce space.

Now, an exciting addition is joining the likes of Blue Sky Patio + Pickleball, Twisted Cork Bistro, and Scooter’s Co ee at Regency Landing. The ACCESS Commercial team is thrilled to announce The Collective, a coworking space built for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses.
