Byron has countless hours of bench and jury trial experience, beginning his career in the courtroom as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the State of Missouri. He has practiced law in major legal markets including Kansas City, St. Louis, and Dallas, as well as in smaller markets across the State of Montana. Richard Gilloon

RICHARD GILLOON ADMITTED TO AMERICAN COLLEGE OF TRIAL LAWYERS

Richard Gilloon has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.

The induction ceremony at which Gilloon became a Fellow took place recently before an audience of approximately 525 during the recent Spring Meeting of the College in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds, who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship.

Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province.

Chris Richardson

CHRIS RICHARDSON ASSUMES NEW ROLE IN PROMOTION TO SVP OF OPERATIONS AT R&R REALTY GROUP

R&R Realty Group (R&R) is proud to announce the promotion of Chris Richardson to SVP of Operations for its Nebraska division.

Chris joined R&R as a Senior Development Manager in 2019. He has been instrumental in the development of office, warehouse and medical developments including R&R Commerce Park, R&R Commerce Park South, the Waterford Building and the recently completed build-to-suit facility now home to MD West ONE. Chris also oversees tenant improvement projects and will assume oversight of property management for customers within R&R’s Nebraska portfolio.

A Nebraska native and graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Chris has extensive experience in the real estate, property and facilities management and development sectors. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy (HETRA) and previously served as president of the board of the Nebraska chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).

Timothy Buderus

TIM BUDERUS APPOINTED TO VICE PRESIDENT, WFS OPERATIONS

WoodmenLife has appointed Timothy Buderus to Vice President, WFS Operations, in addition to his current role as President, Woodmen Financial Services. In this role, Buderus provides strategic leadership and support for WFS associates and Representatives, and meets strategic objectives as communicated by WoodmenLife.

Buderus joined WoodmenLife in 2002 as a Senior Sales Auditor. He was promoted to Senior Compliance Consultant in 2005; Director, Operations in 2006; and President, Woodmen Financial Services, Inc. in 2008. Prior to WoodmenLife, Buderus worked as a Senior Field Examiner at Securities America, and as an Assistant Representative at INVEST Financial Services.

Buderus attended Wayne State College and earned his BS in Business Management, as well as his MBA. He has his Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65 licenses. He also has his Life Insurance license and has earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP), Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Fraternal Insurance Counselor Fellow (FICF) and Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP) designations.
