Thad began his career for McAdams working as a draftsman and survey crew chief. After a brief period working for a different firm, Thad returned and currently serves as director of our Geomatics department in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Throughout his 30-year career, his expertise has grown to include the preparation of ALTA / NSPS and TSPS land title surveys; route surveys; location surveys; topographic surveys; final plats and replats; and exhibits for easement and right-of-way acquisitions and releases. Thad has worked on a variety of project types, including private and public infrastructure projects.

A.A.S. in Computer Aided Drafting + Design, Tyler Junior College
