What is National Induction Seminar
National Induction Seminar (NIS) is the conference that we organize for our new members. For it is their first experience in AIESEC, it is important to be unforgettable for them - to motivate them work in the organization but also to give them useful information. What is even more special is that it is the first National Induction Seminar, which means that all LCs in Bulgaria will organize this conference together with the support of MC. Another thing is that all our newbies will get to know each other during their first AIESEC experience. This year NIS will be on 10th and 11th March.
What is Leadership Congress
Leadership Congress (LeadCo) is a conference focus on delivery the capacity to our leaders (Executive Boards and Team Leaders). The main proposal is provide them spaces for development their skills and knowledge. This year the conference will be on 8th and 9th March.
Role CCP is responsible to organize together with his/her CC team and manage the Conference in March . This conference will be delivered in half where the first days is capacity building for EBs and last two days are induction of new members.
