What ECB does

ROLE: TO MAKE THE ENTITY MORE CUSTOMER CENTRIC AND ENSURE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT BY FULFILLING STANDARDS IN EVERY AIESEC PROGRAMME. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensure standards & satisfaction and customer expeience management impementation on aiesec programmes to the national plenary. 2. You are the final decision manking body on the national level cases that violate the xpp 3. To conduct vitual and physical audits on standards implementation and devleop prevention campaign based on findings 4. Provide consultancies up on request 5. To present a report on the activities carried out at least twice in the year in front the national general assembly. 6. To revise the internal rules and propose changes connected with exchange, if needed.

Note: ECB is external to MC body which is accountable to the national general assembly not to MC.


Requirements and procedure

The Chair of the Entity Control Board must: ďƒź Be at least 18 years old on the date of the elections ďƒź Speaks English freely

Application Procedure: Create the application that will reflect your own personality, with design, fonts and page sizes of your own choice. Answer fully on all the questions and email your application to nikolay.nankov@aiesec.net and nguyen.hailinh@aiesec.net until 04.08.2017 23:59h GMT+3. Election Procedure: After successfully sending your application the national general assembly of AIESEC In Bulgaria will receive the application and on the next GA they will select one person from the received applications. All the applications will be send to them and additionally presented by MC in front of the assembly.


Job Role: As a head of ECB ensure all the work of ECB is fulfilled due to its role and aiming to make every young person to live their experience in peace.

Chair JD

Job Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Management of ECB (ensuring ECB have a strategy, focuses, and initiatives planned towards achieving it) 2. Agenda Management of strategic meetings of ECB 3. Setting cooperation with ICB, MC, NST and LC 4. Representation and communication of ECB interest to National Plenary 5. Reporting towards National Plenary about state of ECB and work progress 6. Tracking the follow-up procedure of Solving Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethic, ER or Partnership Principles violations (together with ICB and MC) 7. Tracking LC on follow up of steps provided by ECB regarding the Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethics, ER or Partnership principles violations (together with ICB, MC and NST if needed) 8. Ensure Team Minimums implementation for productive work of your team members: 8.1 Recruit at least 2 members to own team (organise and make a selection, if HR capacity allows) 8.2 Ensure every team member is developing leadership during their experience 8.3 Ensure there is team purpose, values and rules

8.4 Organize a planning and re-planning spaces for the team 8.5 Ensure everybody has monthly and weekly plans with clear Key Deliverables and DDLs set 8.6 Ensure everybody has a clear JD ( with Job role, responsibilities, key deliverables, main DDLs and skills they are going to develop) 8.7 Ensure team members have a personal development plan and their JD is aligned to it 8.8 Ensure every team member had a proper induction, functional trainings and has an access to educational information online 8.9 Organize weekly meetings for tracking Productivity, Plan and Key Deliverables execution, and setting Plan and Key Deliverables for the next week 8.10 Organize monthly review meeting, where plan is reviewed and discussed 8.11 Organize monthly personal meetings with each team member for tracking and increasing their performance as well as checking and aligning personal development of the each team member 8.12 Provide a spaces for the team for feedback on a monthly basis 8.13 Organize a teambuilding(s) for own team 8.14 Have one general evaluation meeting in the end of the experience 8.15 Have one personal evaluation meeting in the end of the experience with each team member
