McCaela Donovan

McCaela Donovan is a distinguished creative strategist, principal consultant, civil servant, and business owner whose expertise spans the arts and education. She uses her creativity to help organizations and individuals achieve their objectives. She leads theloftBRK Creative Consultancy, a firm based in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. The consultancy supports small businesses, nonprofits, and arts organizations by providing leadership, strategy implementation, marketing, and event planning services. Additionally, she manages ShireHome Co., a boutique property management company offering luxury vacation rentals, where she collaborates with her husband to oversee marketing strategies and daily operations. Her commitment to the community is evident through her involvement in the Stockbridge Affordable Housing Trust and the Community Development Corporation of Southern Berkshires, where she focuses on affordable housing and local economic development. Previously, she was the managing director at White Heron Theatre Company on Nantucket, where she led marketing and development efforts. She also spent eight years as Assistant Director of the Boston University School of Theatre, enhancing the institution's admissions and Recruitment.
