is
working

each
member
of
the
MC
in
different

charge
of

Days

MC
Challengers
during
last
weekend
and
also
she
is
 giving
constant

direct
coaching
to
LC
Ulatina.

She

has
been
attending
 meetings

Novartis,
Bimbo,

DHL
with
a
result
of
7
signed

AIESEC

This
amazing
MCVP
F&L
has
been
working
very
hard
in
the
visas
of
our
internationals
 interns
and
MCVPs,
now
we
the
process
in
order
and
we
have
the
first
internationals
 with
the
visa
by
AIESEC.

 
 He
has
been
coaching
all
VPs
in
finance
and
completing
his
regional
team.
During
this
 month
the
first
Finance
and
Legal
in
CAS
wiki
was
released.
He
has
been
supporting
LCs
 in
legislation
and
financial
reports!
 
 He
is
responsible
of
the
budget
of
MAX
and
of
keeping
this
conference
sustainable!
 
 He
loves
money,
strategies
and
rules!

is

ER

Our
MCVP
ER
has
been
rocking
ER
in
CAS!
She
has
been
an
amazing
coach

 members

CAS.
 
 During
this
month
she
has
been
attending
several
meetings
with
members
to
train
 them
in
sales
and
she
has
been
giving
direct
coaching
to
VPs
ER
in
Costa
Rica
and
 Panamá.
She
is
also
supporting
a
lot
our
two
official
extensions
and
she
has
been
a
key
 person
for
the
development
of
ER
in
Costa
Rica!
 
 She
is
also
updating
CRM
periodically
and
the
improvement
of
CRM
usage
has
been
 huge!

of

she

meetings
in
Costa
Rica
and
Panamá.
She
is
managing
all
global
partners
in
 CAS
and
she
signed

with
Novartis
Panamá
and
is
about
to
sign

with
 PriceWaterHouse
Coopers.

and

Managing
the
quality
of
the

according
to
specific
needs
in
a
specific

Catching People Doing Things Right

Reynaldo Palacios, LC USMA 
 
 He has shown great commitment 
 with the LC and his activity on 
 marketing has opened several 
 appearances on TV, magazines and radio. He is doing an excellent job on 
 building a strong positioning of 
 AIESEC in Panama. 
 
 
 
 Paola Chong, LC UTP 
 
 Paola is the master mind behind the R&R 
 program of LC UTP. With this initiative she has directly impacted 
 on the retention and motivation of 
 the LC’s members. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Jean , TM Director, LC TEC 
 
 
 
 Jean 
 Carlo has shown a lot of commitment by taking on the 
 challenge of TM in the LC. He is 
 constantly proposing new ideas to 
 innovate the LC’s processes. He has 
 shown nothing but motivation and 
 responsibility with his new role, and 
 was able to transfer those values to his team.

Manuel González, LC USMA Manuel has done and excellent job as ER Coordinator for the LC. Within few days on the position he developed the campaign “Are u a LovER?” and he also signed and raised 14 DT TNs that will help LC USMA on TOUCHING many more lives during 2009. Manuel, we are proud of you!

Mariana Solano, LCVP OGX, LC TEC Mariana realized the EP, Kennt Chan and also reactivated several of the older EPs on the LC’s structure. Furthermore, she is participating in theTATA X Project as a support on the OGX processes of all the EP recruited under this initiative.

Andrés González, LC TEC Andres has done over 80 calls to companies, gone to 6 sales appointments, all this during the past 2 months and he has kept his CRM completely up to date. During the recruitment process he was in charge of the communications and he has been elected as Sales TL for the LC and as OCP for the “Semana de Actualidad Empresarial” of TEC.

Pei Wen Chan, LCVP ER, LC TEC Pei reactivated the use of CRM on LC TEC, ER team is constantly updating the data base providing a strong follow up. In 2 months she has attended 8 sales meetings per week, achieving 100% growth of the

ER activities.

Marta Orias, Design Manager, LC TEC We acknowledge the dedication and interest that Marta has shown since her enrolment with AIESEC, we hope that you keep inspiring others as you have done so far.

Johanna Gutiérrez, LC TEC All though she isn’t a student at TEC she has kept a constant motivation participating on the LC’s activities and core work. She has taken on the challenge of developing her leadership skills by achieving the 2009 LC’s Goals; she assumed the commitment of building the learning cycle of LCTEC.

Rossy León, TM Team Member, LC TEC

She is one of the new members of the LC and since the recruitment process she has shown great interest on AIESEC, 
 the first role she chose to take was as a member of the OC for the Global Village, a challenging position on any entity. Also she created a campaign to promote the GCM on the LC.

Enjoying Participation: Chande is always trying to live the @XP on at it’s peak by always assuming new roles and challenges. Currently he is one of the MAX OC Members, also manages the EP’s Buddies and is actively working on the integration of AIESEC in Panama.

Demonstrating Integrity: she is always participating on the LC’s activities, enjoying her work on all her challenges as OCP of the Global Village and she is a part of the “Let’s Do It!” Project.

Acting Sustainably: Cornelio developed the Gold Member Champaign as an initiative to motivate the membership. Currently he is part of the OC for the second recruitment of LC UTP.

Living Diversity: Ana applied got elected in the OC for the Renewable Energy – Linking the World Project; this demonstrates her courage on taking on international positions and exposing CAS to the whole network.
