October was a very special month for CAS because of our amazing conference MAX! MAX was a complete success thanks to an amazing OC that work hard for the best conference and thanks to an incredible Conference Team that deliver amazing sessions! But mainly thanks to the best delegates! Thanks for being so proactive, active learners and for demonstrating excellence! Now you are ready to become the leaders of GEN 2010!

Strategies to achieve, passion every day!

She has been working in the plan of Q4 of each MCVP and implementing a new planning and tracking system. MCP has also been working closely with LCs in the election process and also preparing the MC elections. She is charge of the relationship with BIMBO and Novartis and she have been helping in the matching and strategies of the Social Development Project. Periodically she meets with LC Ulatina EB and LC TEC EB for coaching and tracking! She loves planning, strategies, selling and coaching! She is a real challenger and she walks the talk!

Giving leaders the best XP ever! She was in charge of the amazing agenda of MAX! Working all month as Agenda Manager, in charge of development of the agenda, sessions, pre meeting and post meeting. Also she is in charge of our new Learning Partner Franklin Covey and she is following up INCAE and Manpower. Also she is tracking LCs Learning Partners. She loves to track leadership and to give the best XP to members! She is a real challenger and she walks the talk!

Keeping AIESEC in CAS sustainable

This was an intense month for this MCVP! He was working in the re opening of the bank accounts and updating everything! Also he was working in the legality of AIESEC Costa Rica, and now everything is on order! He was in charge of MAX budget and making sure it was a sustainable conference! He loves money, strategies and rules! He is a real challenger and he walks the talk!

Transforming eXchange CAS MCVP X has been working in strategies to achieve 90 eXchanges! She is in charge of the Social Development Project and Tata Project! She is working in the delivery of 53 exchanges of the SD Project! She is working closely with her RST in the reception and service of CAS interns. Also she is in charge of Novartis in Panamá and of Centro Cultural in Costa Rica! She loves to change lifes! She is a real challenger and she walks the talk!

Selling  MAX  and  coaching  an  amazing  OC!  Â

She  was  in  charge  of  our  incredible  Youth  to  Business,  selling  and  in  charge  of  all  the  logistics  of  this  great  event.   Also  she  was  working  closely  with  MAX  OC,  as  coach,  to  deliver  an  amazing  conference  for  us.   She  has  been  working  also  in  the  selection  of  OC  COCAS  and  Reward  Cocktail  and  also  in  the  plan  and  budget  of  these  events!   She  loves  to  work  with  OCs  and  she  loves  to  sell!  She  is  a  real  challenger  and  she  walks  the  talk!  Â

Managing  the  quality  of  the  AIESEC  XP   has  been  working  in  the  development  of  ongoing  recruitment  process  Our  MCVP  TM  and  implementing  it  in  our  LCs.   Also  he  has  been  developing  the  new  Job  Descriptions  for  the  LC  EBs  and  General  Questionnaires  for  the  LC  EBs.     He  loves  members  and  quality!  He  is  a  real  challenger  and  he  walks  the  talk!      Â

Creating  the  best  campaigns  Â

She  has  been  working  closely  with  RSTs  and  VPs  to  develop  more  media  appearances  and  in  strategies  to  position  AIESEC  in  the  network  and  in  our  countries.   She  is  also  working  in  the  campaigns  of  I  love  the  90s  and  Be  Me  Campaign.  MCVP  Comm  is  in  charge  of  the  task  force  of  Tata!   She  was  in  charge  of  CONGENTE,  the  human  resources  international  conference;  it  was  in  Costa  Rica  and  we  were  invited  to  be  there  and  to  share  with  the  human  resources  manager  of  many  companies    She  loves  creativity  and  smiles!  She  is  a  real  challenger  and  she  walks  the  talk! Â

Our Goals and Achievements

We have only 40 days to achieve our 2009 Goals!

We have realized 52 exchanges on 2009! During Q4 we have realized 12 Xs! LC Ulatina: 2 EP, Sergio and Ximena 1 TN, CATIE LC UCR: 1 EP, Jose Daniel LC USMA: 3 TNs, Proniños, Sab Miller and Sanofi MC: 5 TNs, 1 CCCN and 4 Novartis During December LC USMA and LC UCR will receive 21 interns that will work in the Social Development Project!

REMEMBER WE HAVE TO REALIZE 38 Xs IN 40 DAYS!! 1 X per day! 8 Xs per LC members to realize 38 Xs 270 2 countries to realize 38 Xs 1 region to change 38 more lifes

We have a strategy to achieve the 90s Xs, but we need your LC to commit with this in order to achieve our goal!
