MCC Sustainability Annual Report January 2020 – December 2020 A significant portion of the sustainability work in 2020 focused on completing the 2021-26 Sustainability Master Plan (SMP). Below is a summary of the process and goals of the SMP. The work highlighted in previous annual reports continues, but the goals in the SMP will be the foundation of sustainability metrics for the College moving forward. The majority of metrics in the plan are based on the AASHE STARS report, which is a report that assesses our sustainability based on credits specifically tailored for higher education.
