This class, taught by Christine, will be a combination of all the best Pilates and ballet inspired Barre exercises with calorie burning, high intensity workouts to achieve balance, sculpt and tone the entire body The fee is $4 per class Register online

Come in for an hour long restorative flow that will be relaxing and teach you ways to use restorative yoga breathwork and meditation The flow will consist of low lighting, soy candles, essential oils, and a relaxing playlist Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more Register on the PNCC club calendar

Class Time Changes in July

Breath and Flow will be at 11:00 on Wednesdays Taught by Andrea: Breath and Flow is a Yoga class that has the elements of Tai chi and Pilates mixed in with simple yoga moves

Thursday Power Hour will be at 4:30PM (Tuesday’s class remains at 5:45PM)

Saturday SHiNE will be at 9:15AM (Starting July 8th)

Saturday Yoga will be at 10:15AM (Starting July 8th)

Healthy Happy Hour: Balance

Wednesday, August 9th | 5:006:00 PM: Presented by PT services of Wilmington

Join Physical Therapy Services of Wilmington to learn about what contributes to balance, why it declines as we age, how it impacts our sports performance, how it can help prevent injury and examples of incorporating balance training throughout your day.
