COACH MARSHALL BEATY
After spending some time in working for tech companies in sales/marketing, Marshall started volunteering with Emergency Medical Services. EMS and fitness inspired him to get back into the health profession to pursue medical school. While working toward that his medical degree, he decided to join our team as he is completing his medical required classes. He is passionate about functional fitness and high intensity training. “I love seeing people get better everyday no matter where their fitness journey starts” says Marshall. TUESDAY SESSIONS - JANUARY 10, 17, 24, 31 I 4:30pm - 5:30pm TUESDAYS - Ages: 4 - 7 years old THURSDAY SESSIONS - JANUARY 12, 19, 26, & FEBRUARY 2 I 4:30PM - 5:30PM THURSDAY - Ages: 8-12 years old FOUR WEEK SESSIONS Cost: $120++ per Person RSVP: Online or at the Fitness Front Desk Time to get conditioned for the upcoming Spring season! Pre-condition with soccer skills & drills to prepare your child for Feb./March tryouts. If you are just starting out we will be learning/reviewing basic fundamentals of footwork, technique, rules, and positioning as well. *Cleats and shin guards required*

The first half of the class will focus on lifting your energy with yoga movement and flow. The second half of class will be a series of deep stretches – offering practitioners time for introspection and goal setting for 2023. This is followed by a long winter’s rest (Savasana). Come and kickstart your New Year with a practice that will nourish your BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT.
