NEW ACTIVE RECOVERY CLASS

This hour is designed for any and every one looking to improve their quality of life and performance. By using a variety of methods like dynamic and static stretching, foam rolling, and myofascial release, this class will help you to improve range of motion and mobility. This can serve as an extra session in your fitness program, a warmup to your workout or even a way to get you prepared for tee off or a tennis match. Come join us in the fitness center studio for a great active recovery session! Meet Coach Nick Saturday mornings in January and February for ACTIVE RECOVERY CLASS!

February is American Heart Month, a time when people can focus on their cardiovascular health. Come see us in PCC fitness for special formats and activities that will keep you challenged and heart healthy for February and throughout the year.
