Monty's Home, Pawsitive Partners Prison Program:

This month, join Barbara Raab, co-founder and President of Monty’s Home, to hear about their innovative adoptive rescue dog program. Monty’s Home was created after the death of the founder's beloved golden retriever in 2007. This nonprofit organization sponsors several programs, with their largest and most successful being the Pawsitive Partners Prison Program, which takes shelter dogs and pairs them with inmates at a local prison for training before adopting them out Please select one of the following plated options:

Option 1: Shrimp and Grits with Tasso Ham, Crispy Shallots, Parmesan Cream on Cajun Grits

Option 2: 1/2 Eggplant Reuben, Paired with White Bean and Ham Soup
