As a new member of Sedgefield, Pam is looking forward to, “
lots of golf, great food and spending time with friends!” Referred to the club by current member Steve Anderson, she is also friends with Bill & ClaraJo Pleasants. Originally from Tallahassee, Fl, Pam is an alumni of Florida State University and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. When not playing golf and working on improving her game, she enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, walking, running, biking, and also playing croquet and tennis. Please join us in welcoming Pam to the Sedgefield family!
Dr. Miles Rudd & Holly Robinson-Rudd
Although they have recently relocated to the area from Oregon, Dr. Rudd is no stranger to Greensboro! He was born in Greensboro and grew up in Brown Summit, while Holly is from Oregon. Dr. Rudd is a newly retired family physician, and most recently served as a Captain with the US Public Health Service, where he was with the Indian Health Service for 27 years. Holly owns and operates Federal Contract Management Services, Inc., specializing in government sales consulting. With their membership at Sedgefield, they are looking forward to utilizing the dining options, bars, social events, and fitness center. They are avid wine enthusiasts and remain members of three northwest wineries even after relocating to the east coast. “We are really glad to have settled into the Sedgefield Teahouse. We love the varied history of the house and look forward to caring for it. We are empty-nesters, so we now dote on our two French Bulldogs, Angus and Roux. ” Please join us in welcoming the Rudds to membership and the Sedgefield family!
Sam & Laura Johnson
Please join us in welcoming the Johnsons back to membership within Sedgefield! Sponsored into the club by Kelly Brame, there is a list of many other members they are looking forward to reconnecting with at the club. Sam is the Sales Manager for United Electric Sales and Laura owns and operates The CottageHP, LLC, a boutique store in High Point. The Johnsons have three adult children and four grandchildren spread across Texas, Colorado & Charlotte. “Laura and I are very excited to be members of Sedgefield CC again. We missed the club during our years away, and look forward to renewing many friendships and to many fun times!”

The Hubbards are new to the area having relocated from Boston, MA in August of 2020. Brad is originally from the Boston area, while Lori is from Greenville, SC. They both work in finance, and in joining Sedgefield, are looking to meeting new friends, and taking advantage of all that the club has to offer – golf, tennis, and youth activities. Andrew Reynolds and Kathleen Duckworth
Andrew grew up in South Carolina before moving to Trinity, NC, where he continued his education after high school at UNC Greensboro, serving as the President of Sigma Epsilon. He is currently a Consultant for Morgan Samuels, an Executive Search Firm based out of Los Angeles, where he focuses on helping Private Equity firms, Private Equity backed companies, and public companies find cross-functional executive talent. Andrew is excited to connect with members and progress in his golf game at the club. Kathleen is a native of Greensboro, where after attending UNC Charlotte, she moved back home and met Andrew after the clock struck midnight on New Year's over two years ago. She is currently an Outreach Manager for WoodmenLife insurance covering 46 local chapters across the state and an active member of The Junior League of Greensboro. She’s excited for all the amenities the club has to offer as well as learning the game of golf. Please join us in welcoming Andrew & Kathleen to Sedgefield!
David and Mary Helen Jackson
Join us in welcoming the Jackson Family to Sedgefield! David and Mary Helen Jackson have been married for 34 years and have 3 adult children: Kelsey, Darby, and Eric. They have lived in the Triad area for almost 30 years after relocating from Montgomery, AL where David served in the Air Force. Mary Helen grew up in Greensboro and Jamestown, and David in Abbeville, SC. Both are graduates of Clemson University and are avid Clemson Tiger fans, especially football. On any given Saturday in the Fall, they can be found at a Clemson football game. David and Mary Helen have owned ServiceMaster Building Care, a commercial cleaning company that services Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding areas since 1995. They enjoy traveling, reading, and attending concerts, and sporting events. As new members of SCC, David is looking forward to getting back into playing golf, and Mary Helen is considering learning to play herself. Mike & Stephanie Burger
Please help us welcome our newest members of The Cardinal, the Burgers! Mike is originally from Ohio but spent many years in Louisiana and Texas as a Petroleum Engineer, and as he proclaims, is “luckily” retired! Mike & Stephanie have two adult daughters and four grandchildren, all of whom they love spending time with. Mike is looking forward to meeting new friends to play golf with and reducing his handicap over time. We welcome the Burgers to The Cardinal family!
