A NOTE FROM YOUR DIRECTOR OF FITNESS

The complications of poor posture include back pain, spinal dysfunction, joint degeneration, rounded shoulders, and a potbelly. Suggestions to improve your posture include regular exercise, stretching, and paying attention to the way your body feels.

WELCOME NEW INSTRUCTOR

Anna has always prioritized an active, healthy, and balanced lifestyle. As a former collegiate athlete, she has very much enjoyed being active and has participated in a wide variety of sports and exercise events. Her desire to help others achieve their wellness goals has led her to change careers from restaurant management to yoga teacher and fitness trainer. She is a certified lifeguard and RYT 200 yoga teacher trained in multiple areas ranging from stand-up paddleboard yoga to prenatal yoga. Her experience also encompasses HIIT, step and water aerobics, Pilates and weight training. Anna is currently working on her aerial yoga certification and therapeutic massage bodywork license. She is excited for the opportunity to lead you through challenging and fun workouts incorporating mindfulness leaving you feeling energized and more relaxed throughout your day.
