Momentum Yoga with Greg
This class will concentrate on both flowing sequences and poses that are held for the benefits of breath, strength and focus. Sequences will be challenging for some participants, yet lower options are always available. Bring your best breath, focus and strength to the class. Allow yourself to experience the breath as you move continuously from one pose to another. Also allow yourself to focus on "self" , as your busy life take a break as you regain your "center" and live in the present moment.
