In my 6th year as a National Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I’ve had the opportunity to help others make healthy habits a part of their daily routine. As a former Fitness Kickboxing instructor, Camp Gladiator, and Stretch practitioner, I truly believe health is not only about exercising, but incorporating nutrients that yield results. I started my fitness career in Tampa, FL as a Basketball and Soccer conditioning coach, at Jefferson High School. I currently specialize in Functional, Corrective, and Strength training where I’ve worked with all fitness levels tailoring specific exercises and nutrition goals according to their physical assessments. Health isn’t a fad but a lifestyle for those who want it, do you? Let’s get started!
