Greetings from the Pro Shop and WGL Advisory Team!
We are excited to share information about the 2025 PNCC Women's Golf League season OPENING DAY is set for Thursday March 20 and it will be a nine-hole scramble followed by lunch.
Before we get into more particulars about the upcoming season, we'd like to introduce the Advisory Team members: Nancy Burgess, Sue Keifer, Ethel Koropatnick and Kathy Strunk The Advisory team formed at the end of last season based on concerns over declining member participation on WGL days We had a kick-off meeting with Robert, then followed up with the WGL survey, which had a great response rate. From there, we met with Robert, Ryan and David to come up with a schedule of games and events for the season that we hope will address many of the takeaways that were gleaned from the survey responses
Dues this season will remain at $40 and will be billed to your account in March. Contact the Pro Shop if you want to switch the number of holes you play (9 or 18), the tees you play from (red or yellow) or if you don't plan to play in the WGL this season. Please share this information with anyone you know who was not in the WGL last season who might want to participate this year
A WGL Happy Hour is planned from 4-6pm on Thursday, March 13. Please join us in the Members Bar If you want to hear more about plans for the 2025 season and connect with other WGL members you may not have seen in the off-season In the meantime, feel free to reach out to the Pro Shop staff or the Advisory Team members with any questions or feedback
