Family Events
As summer is coming to a close we want to thank all of you for a great pool season. It has been so nice to have the kids back in camp, movies by the pool and the relaxing evenings under the star for our live music events.
The pool will be open during the weekends in September and the Breaker Bar & Grille is going to stay open through the fall with some great evening activities, such as trivia, Sunday football, Taco Tuesdays and so much more! Don't miss our last pool party of the season on Labor Day as we bring back an inflatable slide,
a DJ to play all your favorite tunes and of course games and activities for all ages.
Our group fitness classes will continue with Jose, Greg and Heather and we are excited to add in some more options for small group training with David.

BOAT REGATTA Sunday, September 5th I 2:00pm-4:00pm Ages: Parent/Child Teams I Location: Poolside Fee: $15 per duo (child/parent)

You will not know the supplies you get until the day of the event and we do have limited space available so sign up early to hold your spot! If you were signed up the first time please make sure to sign up again by, Wednesday, September 1st.
LABOR DAY POOL PARTY Monday, September 6th I 12:00pm-3:00pm Ages: Everyone I Location: Poolside Fee: Party Complimentary Buffet Fee: $17 Adult, $10 child 6-12, Children 5 & under free
*The grill will only have drinks, snacks & Ice cream while the buffet is out from 12pm-3pm
Join us for the last pool party of the season as we welcome back our DJ, to play your favorite tunes, have some fun down the inflatable slide, dive for free beer and of course plenty of games/activities for everyone. Food & Beverage will put together another delicious buffet and it will be a great way to spend Labor Day! Please RSVP by Friday, September 3rd.
KIDS NIGHT OUT ~ I SPY Friday, September 10th I 5:30pm-9:30pm Ages: 6-11 I Location: Game & Media Room Fee: $25 per child (Includes dinner & snack)

Join us for a fun night with your activities team as we have a night dedicated to problem solving. We will turn you into a spy and play games such as clue, Signs, Among us and many more games. So put your thinking caps on and make sure to RSVP by Tuesday, September 7th to reserve your spot!
BLOOD DRIVE Saturday, September 11th I 10:00am-3:00pm Location: Sports Club Parking Lot
We had a very successful blood drive in August 2020 helping save over 150 lives! We are looking forward to working with the Blood Connection once again to see if we can save even more lives this go around. PUP PLAY DATE Sunday, October 3rd I 2:00pm-3:30pm Ages: Everyone I Location: Poolside Fee: A donation for Saving Grace
Bring your friendly dog and let them enjoy a day at the Wakefield pool! The pups will have a chance to jump in the pool, play with the other pups or snack on a tasty treat! This year the entry fee is to bring one item to donate to help out the wonderful organization Saving Grace. Items that they need are things such as dog food (canned or dry), fleece and wool blankets and peanut butter to name a few! Join for another relaxing evening under the stars as we welcome Proton Jones to Wakefield. Proton Jones is a local favorite. He performs all your favorites from hits to deep cuts in all genres. He considers his song choices music for your soul. Jones is a full-time musician and is often booked 5 to 6 nights a week. His unique arrangements of Pop/Rock and Southern Classics are lively, fun and heartfelt. Everyone will without a doubt be entertained by Proton Jones. Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 15th.

WAKEFIELD CAMPOUT Friday, September 24th I 6:00pm-8:00am Ages: Families I Location: Driving Range Fee: $25++ (includes dinner & breakfast)
*Bar will be by member charge We are excited to have our first Father/Kids Camp Out here at Wakefield! Come join us out on the Driving Range for a cook out, followed by games, and end the night with s’mores and a movie. *Food trucks purchases by cash or credit card Join us for our 2nd annual Halloween Food Truck & Movie Night! Come out for a family friendly event for all to enjoy! We will have a variety of food trucks available, as well as a member charge bar. There will be a costume contest and Halloween movie on the inflatable screen. We will be sending more information at a later date regarding the details of the contest, movie and the food trucks we will have but save the date and please make sure to RSVP by Wednesday, October 27th.
