C O N S U LTA N T Caitlin Long is currently a Middle School Teacher at Girls Athletic Leadership School and has over ten years of experience working in gender-specific and social-emotional health education programming. In her ten years of experience, Caitlin has collaborated with a multiplicity of youth development professionals, educators, and non-profit organizations to create and implement gender-specific, culturally sustaining, and critically relevant curriculum through peer trainings, K-12 nonformal educational programs, and customized professional development workshops. All of which provide tools to strengthen the ongoing personal, interpersonal, structural, and institutional change and growth that is needed in the world. Her methods are collaborative and encourage critical reflection about identity differences and are attentive to personal and collective histories. Caitlin's passion and interest in gender-specific education and health and wellness stem from her long-standing commitment to equity, justice, and access to knowledge.
